The Cottage on the Green

The Cottage is situated on the backside of an acre parcel behind the main house. A swimming pool separates the main house from the cottage. The property is very quiet, peaceful and private. Guest have a Separate entrance. We are a retired lieutenant from a California LE agency and his wife a retired teacher who give guests as much privacy as requested. We are a short distance from the Longleaf Trace and 1.5 miles from the Barn at Bridlewood wedding venue for those attending a wedding there.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. The Barndominium is a unique one-bedroom apartment above the soon to be completed horse barn. The covered deck among the oaks provides a scenic view of the bass pond and pastures with cattle and horses. This is the most peaceful location you’ll find, over a mile from the nearest public road. The shared laundry room is conveniently located on the ground level. All guests on the property must be registered.

Creekland Farms is a working farm on beautiful Little Black Creek, providing private entrance, upstairs (with stairlift) two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with newly remodeled full kitchen/den and a view of the farm. You may join in with the farm chores and informational tours or choose to enjoy a private quiet stay. No pets. No smoking inside. All guests on the property must be registered.
