This place was everything I expected. It’s centrally located within 5-10 mins of all restaurants and stores. It was very clean. Neighbors were nice and not noisy. The restaurant does have live music on weekends but wasn’t loud enough to keep me up and usually didn’t last till past 10. I would definitely visit this spot again.

Nice convenient place to stay especially if traveling for work.

Carrie's place was immaculate upon check-in. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Back porch area felt very private. We walked to the zoo just a couple blocks away, and it was pretty neat to hear the animals at night from the unit. There were some issues with the internet and streaming on the TV's, but Carrie was very responsive to remedy the issue. We would definitely book here again if we're ever back this way.

Shelly’s place was better than expected pictures don’t really do it justice. It surprises you the moment you walk in. You’re thinking office but once you walk in it’s one of the best put together homes in Hattiesburg. Really enjoyed the stay!

Great location, convenient to restaurants and bars. Easy to get to the university. Loved the apartment, it was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was big! Loved the feel of an older building renovated to a living space. Amazingly comfortable mattress. I actually just bought the same one! The neighborhood was very quiet and we ever heard our neighbors.

Checking in was simple and to the point. I didn't have to worry about anything overly complicated and the location was near where I planned to have dinner later in the evening. Benjamin was extremely proactive and responded quickly to any messages sent out.

Amazing condo, beautiful residential space seamlessly integrated into a historic commercial building. There were no shampoo or soaps for the showers, which became an issue as I needed to shower upon arrival to make it to a dinner that evening. I had to run out and buy my own, which I did not account for with time, and was late for my dinner. Also, the listing shows a washer and dryer in the unit, however there is only a washer. The message sent by the host with check in instructions stated there was a dryer located in the building for our use, however it did not say where it was and we were never able to locate it. As long as you keep these things in mind, you will have a great stay at this listing. The design is modern and a somewhat upscale feel, leaving you feeling luxurious in the industrial side of Downtown Hattiesburg. The location is a dream, walkable from such places as Lucky Rabbit, Hattiesburgers, and many more. I would rent this condo year round if it was available.

Super cute and quaint bungalow perfect for a weekend trip for a couple or family! We really liked how close it was to downtown Hattiesburg and was easy to find. The long term resident that we shared the bungalow with was very kind and a quiet neighbor. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit.

Two things stood out about this place. First, was the convenient location. Very close to USM, the zoo, and not far to downtown (Lucky Rabbit/pocket museum, etc). There is even a donut shop a short walk away. I liked that it wasn't in the busier strip mall area where many of the hotels are located. Even though it is just off a main street, it was quiet. The second thing, is the responsiveness of the host. I felt his sincere commitment to ensuring our comfort. For example, I had an issue with the coffeemaker and a new one was delivered promptly. Things that could be better - one of the bedrooms could use some curtains in addition to the blinds. It was a little bright for me at night. (Bring a sleep mask?) As someone else noted - there was a diffuser. I am also not a fan so I unplugged it. As the description says, it is an (updated) older home so this might not be to everyone's taste. Overall, it was a convenient and tranquil base for my visit and I was happy with our stay.

The place was really nice and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The area is nice and my friend and I felt comfortable and welcome.

My wife and I came into town for the Hattiesburg half marathon. Benjamin’s home was a wonderful spot- close to the race, and close to downtown amenities! After the race, we were able to bring our family to the zoo, which was close by. Great spot, great price! Will hopefully be back next year!
