Formentera : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Das Highlight der Unterkunft ist das Zusamenspiel der gut durchdachten Einrichtung, super-sauberen und gleichzeitig "schnörkellosen", aber dennoch charmanten Wohnung mit der Warmherzigkeit und Authentizität der Gastgeberin. Ich schätze mich glücklich, dass Maru mich beherbergt ha! Sie war immer erreichbar, hat tolle Restaurant- Empfehlungen gegeben und mich bei der Abreise zur Fähre gefahren. Der einzige kleine Schönheitsfehler ist, dass es auf dem Balkon schon mal laut werden kann, da an einer Straßenkreuzung gelegen. Parkplatz gegenüber sowie 2 Moped-Vermieter in unmittelbarer Nähe. Entschädigung dafür: unübertreffliches Abendrot! In der Vor-Saison waren die Busverbindungen noch nicht so super, aber Taxifahren ist eine gute Alternative: faire Preise und freundliche Fahrer. (Aus meiner Sicht braucht kein Mensch auf Formentera ein Auto- alle Entfernungen sind gut per Rad oder sogar zu Fuß zu bewältigen.) Muchisimas gracias, Marú - alla prossima!

We had a great time at Pep's place! It is an amazing listing where everything you need is within walking distance. Pep welcomed us personally and even gave us good recommendations where to eat. He even checked in during the stay if everything was ok. The listing itself was super clean and had everything you need. This is a great place to stay! I can absolutely recommend this listing. Thanks so much for everything!

Ivan’s place is wonderful and he and his partner are great hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this little slice of paradise and we hope to return sometime soon.

L''appartamento di Giovannadora è delizioso, pulito e ordinato con tutto l'occorrente per qualsiasi esigenza. Si trova in un'ottima posizione, nella movida di Es Pujols, a due passi dal mare ma con un parcheggio per auto gratuito a 2 minuti di cammino. La comunicazione è stata ottima, molto gentile e premurosa anche Laura che ci ha accolto e si è sincerata che tutto andasse bene. Alla prossima!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ;)

Unser Aufenthalt bei Giulia war perfekt. Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung. Top Lage, mit Blick aufs Meer. An der Promenade von Es Pujols gelegen. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, von oben das Strandleben zu sehen, die Musik, die aus den Bars von unten kamen. Wunderebares Ambiente. Die Verwalterin Monica ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Check-in, Check-out, Kommunikation lief alles völlig komplikationslos. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Vielen Dank! Stefanie und Erhard

Fabulous place. Really clean, nice and roomy for two people. Little balcony and a table inside for eating. Kitchen had the basic bits you needed. Comfy bed. The coffee shop downstairs had good coffee. All the staff were really friendly. Swimming pool was a really nice addition (refreshing in October!). Great central location. Es Pujols is a holiday type place with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. The supermarkets nearby are expensive as expected, but Sant Fransesc Xavier is a short bike ride away (about 12-15 minutes) with more choice and better prices so we'd recommend this. The only downside was our room was opposite a bar which was quite noisy to fairly late so we couldn't have the window open. We were in the separate block, so it might be quieter in the main building perhaps? Formantera is a beautiful island - really easy to get around by bicycle. This place is close to several beautiful beaches. We thoroughly recommend the island and the apartments

We absolutely loved Es Pujols - it’s the best resort on the island, thanks to bars, shops and ability to get to the best beaches - and the apartment is in the best location in Es Pujols It’s extremely well equipped, beds very comfortable, really clean, amazing balcony for people watching, aircon and fans - plus soundproofing windows. Monica was a fab host/contact, really helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Isabel’s. The location is perfect near the marina, restaurants and market but also private and with beautiful views from the terrace. The place was super tidy and stylish, comfortable and cosy. We loved it!

The host was so nice with us. The villa was a perfect spot in Formentera. For sue we will be back soon!

Toda la reserva y comunicación ha sido muy fácil. Además nos permitieron flexible check out que fue estupendo para poder aprovechar el último día sin estrés. Zona tranquila, justo al lado de Cala Saona. Muy recomendable

très belle maison typique...dans un endroit au calme très bien situé proche des belles plages et des commerces. très beau jardin et grande cour pour stationner la voiture. la climatisation fonctionne très bien. Camille est très disponible. nous recommandons cette adresse sans souci !

We had a wonderful, relaxing and peaceful holiday here with our young children. The house was very comfortable, the garden was just perfect for having little people, and Marc was a helpful and responsive host. The walk down to the local beach was something we looked forward to each evening. Not many restaurants open at this time of year, but still some very charming little places that we found and it was worth it for the peace and quiet of the island before it gets busier in the summer. We were blessed with perfect weather, no wind, lots of sunshine and would happily come back again. Definitely need a hire car to access shops and different beaches.

We’ve been coming back to this incredible home for several years now, and every time it’s just as wonderful as the first. The house is absolutely beautiful and exactly as described – cozy, stylish, and with the most breathtaking view on the island. It truly feels like a home away from home. Ana is an amazing host – warm, welcoming, and always helpful. We’re already looking forward to next year!

We had an amazing week in Ibiza. Maria’s apartment is in a small block and was frequented mostly by Spanish.Beautiful pool just outside the door and a breathtaking sea view. Steps down to the beach with lovely beach bar and food. Lovely little town near by. Short distance to sant Antonio and Ibiza town. You would need a car to take advantage of everything. Will definitely return and would book this apartment again. Thanks again Maria

Appartement très lumineux et spacieux avec deux chambres, une grande terrasse qui donne directement sur la magnifique piscine du complexe. Le tout au-dessus d’une jolie crique. Parfait. Mikel est très réactif et la communication a été très très facile. Ménage au milieu de la semaine ce qui est très appréciable. Nécessité d’avoir une voiture pour visiter les environs. L’appartement a des petits escaliers entre les pièces, attention avec des enfants en bas âge.

This is a beautiful location! We highly recommend it.

La posizione è stupenda, tranquilla, a due passi dal mare, silenziosa. L’isola è piccola, per arrivare ovunque ci si mette dai 5 ai 10 o 15 minuti. L’alloggio corrisponde alle foto e alla descrizione. Unico difetto: l’acqua fredda non c’è e mancava la spugna per lavare i piatti. Del resto ci siamo trovati molto bene. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

We had a great stay at Lorenzo’s place. Conveniently located, not far from shops and the beach. Great view from the terrace and the pool is really good too. Cala Llonga is a relatively quiet part of the island but only a short taxi ride away from the old town and the main sights. Lorenzo was a great host too with clear instructions and prompt responses. Would highly recommend!
