Forio : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare a casa di Marco con nostro figlio di 3 anni, oltre alla calorosa accoglienza dell’host, che si è sempre dimostrato disponibile non mancando di fornirci consigli utili su Procida, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La casa corrispondeva esattamente alle foto ed alle descrizioni, con il plus che, dal vivo, dallo splendido patio con giardino, si gode veramente di una vista stupenda del mare (la cui spiaggia dista veramente 1 minuto a piedi, giusto il tempo di percorrere il vialetto di accesso e girare l’angolo), immersi in una zona appartata di Chiaoiella dove regna la quiete e la natura, pur essendo allo stesso tempo ben collegati con il resto dell’isola grazie alla fermata del bus a passi. La sera e la mattina poi, è stato impagabile addormentarsi e svegliarsi col rumore del mare. Nei dintorni non mancano ristoranti, take away e bar. Un soggiorno indimenticabile che sicuramente sentiamo di consigliare a chiunque, grazie anche a Marco.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement d’Alessandro. Le logement était impeccablement propre et parfaitement équipé, offrant tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. L’emplacement est idéal, juste en face de la station de train, ce qui permet de rejoindre Naples facilement et rapidement. Un autre avantage appréciable : le stationnement juste en bas de l’immeuble, très pratique pour ceux qui voyagent en voiture. Et un bon restaurant juste en bas. Petit point à noter : le canapé-lit est plus adapté pour une personne, car à deux, les dormeurs ont tendance à glisser vers le centre. Cela dit, tout le reste était parfait. Merci Alessandro pour cet agréable séjour !

Alex' Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere der Balkon mit Blick in den Garten ist sehr gemütlich. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Absprachen mit ihm liefen unkompliziert und flexibel ab. Die kleine Innenstadt ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für die Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants und das Abholen am Hafen:)

We had a wonderful stay at R&L apartment. Roger couldn't have been more helpful, both before & during our stay. He even delivered home grown tomatoes one day & fresh croissants another! The apartment was clean & tidy with everything we needed. It was a very tranquil setting with beautiful views from the terrace. We wouldn't hesitate to come back & maybe even bring friends or family to enjoy Roger's other two apartments as well!

This was the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The pictures on the listing beautiful but they don’t do the view justice. It is breathtaking once you see it in person. Perfect location - a few stairwells up in the building but it was a central location very close to everything. Quick 20 minute walk to Porto and a 5 minute walk to the Castle. Many shops & restaurants around. The place was spotless & clean! Gabriella was extremely responsiveness and arranged ferry & transport for us as well. She was thoughtful and gave great recommendations and was available for any questions we asked. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in a little slice of paradise while on Ischia

Maria Rosaria and Giulio are truly wonderful hosts — so kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and shared so many great local tips that made my trip even better. The Airbnb itself was absolutely stunning — so peaceful and beautiful that I often didn’t even want to leave! I felt so at home here and would come back in a heartbeat. I can’t recommend staying with them enough!

Die Lage dieser großzügigen Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Hafen von dem unaussprechlichen Chiaiolella ist einzigartig. Terrasse mit großem Tisch, Sonnenschirm - Esszimmer wenn´s mal regnet - Bad und drei großzügige Schlafzimmer,mit Doppelbetten und nicht zu vergessen auch ein Wohnzimmer mit TV - eine Wohnung für eine Familie - diesen Flair verströmt sie auch. Hier haben Menschen gelebt, hier sind Kinder großgeworden. Alles funktional, blitzsauber. Sehr zu empfehlen als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf der Insel und die umgebenden Inseln. Wanderungen etwas schwierig, da alle Wege an der Autostraße (sehr eng) entlang führen.

Wir haben als Familie von 7 Personen bei Giuseppe eine perfekte Unterkunft gefunden. Sie war noch viel besser als auf den Bildern! Die Terrasse war fantastisch, die Zimmeraufteilung super und inmitten von Sant Angelo. Es war die schönste Wohnung die ich in Ischia bisher gesehen habe und sehr sehr sauber. Die Küche hatte alles was man brauchte und war auch extrem sauber. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist unbezahlbar! Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt für 3 Gäste. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber; die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Marco hat uns einige Lebensmittel und Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt was sehr hilfreich war für die Ankunft. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Ischia ist toll zum Frühstücken. Was man wissen muss; zu Fuß ist es eine gute halbe Stunde zum Porto und zum berühmten Fischerhafen, was mit engen Straßen und viel Verkehr manchmal etwas stressig ist. 2 Strände sind allerdings auch in ca. 10min Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ubytování bylo velmi čisté, nové a vše potřebné k vaření bylo k dispozici. :) Čisté pěkné ručníky v koupelně.

Séjour très bien passé. Les explications de Maria étaient très claires. L'appartement est situé tout à côté de l'arrêt de bus. Très facile d'accès. Le petit port à côté est très mignon !

Bellissimo appartamento sul porticciolo della Chiaiolella, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dalla Vivara. Proprietario gentile e flessibile, tutto pulito e ben fornito. La nostra famiglia di 5 è stata benissimo, sia bambini che adulti!

THANK YOU ANNA! Sant’Angelo is a lovely location, a little village on its own within Ischia Island. There is a small but authentic fishing fleet, but be warned - this is definitely a summer town only. We were a bit shocked the first afternoon we moved in - not a shop or cafe open! Fortunately Anna had been soooo generous- there was a bottle of Prosecco, eggs, strawberries, tomatoes, homemade jam, fruit, juices, coffee, milk, different types of bread, butter plus a cupboard full of condiments and sauces - so we did not starve. Over the next couple of days the village gradually opened up, to the extent we found it hard to leave this area (also serviced very well by taxis and the local bus). Anna’s home is a delight - it looks as if everything is brand new. There are sooo many windows and a lovely balcony, and views from every window. It’s very close to everything in Sant’Angelo. The home is very thoughtfully prepared - umbrellas, a sun awning, spare everything. Recommend!!!!

This was the perfect location to start our trip to Italy. The location was so convenient from the ferry and the bus was very close. So perfect for getting around. It is also very walkable to everywhere in town. The space was perfect with two ensuite bedrooms and the outside space was great for lounging and morning coffee. Thanks for everything.

3 chambres et 3 lits (2 grands et 1 simple). Directement en face du port sur la rue principale. Circulation automobile et de motos incessante et bruyante. Tranquille la nuit jusqu'à 6 h le matin. Magnifique terrasse. Étrange aménagement sur 2 étages avec la cuisine au 2e mais la table pour manger au 1er. Bien regarder la photo de l'escalier en colimaçon qui permet d'accéder au 2e. Tout était très très propre et nous n'avons manqué de rien (à part du café). Nous avons aimé la ville qui se fait bien à pied, même possible de marcher jusqu'à Lacco Ameno et plus loin Ischia Porto. Avons fait de la randonnée au Monte Rotero. Nous avions un crédit Airbnb qui nous a permis de payer ce logement, sinon il était hors budget. Si vous comptez profiter de la sublime terrasse, n'êtes pas incommodés par le bruit des véhicules et avez le budget, nous recommandons ce logement.

This place can't be described with words. The apartment is better than the photos and the views are breathtaking. The way Gio and her Taxi driver friend, Loredana, looked after us during our stay, has made us feel that we now have family in Ischia. This was the best experience we had in our travels through Italy.

We stayed at Stani’s for just 2 nights but wished we could have stayed longer. The apartment was very central, super clean and had everything we needed. Stani himself was absolutely lovely - super fast communicator, flexible with check in and out, gave us amazing recommendations and even gifted us honey from his local family beehive. Additionally, he let us keep our bags in the Airbnb after checkout for a few hours so we could enjoy the beach. We cannot recommend Stani and his apartment enough - thanks so much for letting us stay! We look forward to visiting again! Grazie Mille!

Sono anni che prenotiamo case su Airbnb . Ci siamo sempre trovate bene, ma la casa di Cristina rasenta la perfezione. Oltre la posizione comodissima ,la pulizia e la sua disponibilità, non abbiamo mai trovato una casa così completa..c è tutto quello che avresti in casa tua. Comodità, calore e buon gusto. Eccezionale

What an amazing vacation. Rose and her father were very helpful from everything to navigating cancelled ferry, renting scooters, laundry and restaurant recommendations. The view was spectacular and even though the apartment was in the center of town it was very peaceful. This side of the island is highly recommended.

We stayed at Eleonora's place with our 5 month old baby and 4 year old daughter. Everything was perfect. Elenora's mother was so kind picking us up from the port and we were welcomed with delicious local wine amd water in the fridge. Eleonora was a super responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed including a baby bath and a playmat! The apartment was perfect. Big living space and comfortable bedrooms. The views from the large balcony and living room windows are beautiful. The location is great in Forio Town near lots of delicious restaurants, the beach and well connected with buses and the hydrofoil. A perfect stay! We would love to come again.

Our stay in Baia was fantastic. Marco as a host was amazing. First of all, the informations he sent to us before check-in were very useful and very clear. He was answering all the questions and solving the problems very quickly. The accommodation itself was very clean and comfortable. We had everything what we needed: TV, fridge, washing machine, bedding, towels, all the dishes to prepare the meals and even a few sets of terrace furniture. The location was great - not far from Naples which could be reached by different kinds of transport. It was a very nice starting point for all the most interesting attractions in the area such as: Pompeii, Vesuvius, the coast of Amilfa, Capri island and many others. Our stay was before the season and we didn't have the opportunity to use the beach, of which there are plenty in the area. And finally, the cherry on the top - the view from the huge terrace was breathtaking, beautiful over the entire bay. I highly recommend this place.Thank you Marco

I spent the weekend in Procida to photograph the procession of mysteries. I chose Leonardo’s place because it it looked very nice and was well situated. I wasn’t disappointed at all! The place is awesome. Very comfy with a nice bedroom, a pretty cool bathroom and kitchen. I really enjoyed the terrace with the view on the harbour. Leonardo is very cool. He waited for me at the terrace so I would immediately see where to go. Communication was always swift and friendly. I will definitely go back! A+++++
