Great budget-friendly location, and amenities were still great! Kids had a blast exploring the property, lots to do and loved having an indoor pool (needs painted) in spring. Our unit had games and plenty of kitchen wares, wine glasses, towel hooks and sitting space. Family room furniture was different than the grey couch pictured, but comfy. The patio seating was different than pictures with a patio couch, table and chair set, but it was great- perfect for lounging, listening to the surf and watching the amazing wildlife! We saw alligators, turtles and heron and diving ducks in the marsh. There was a fountain outside our balcony than was on 9:30-9:30. Quiet hours were well-observed by other guests. Walk to the beach was about 10 minutes, but easy and there was a shuttle if needed. Easy access to laundry and to the elevator and stairs. Loved this place, beautiful view, very clean and tidy, everything looked exactly as pictured, smart tv, WiFi, beach access, close to all the shopping and restaurants, owner even recommended his favorites to us before arriving, would definitely love to come back and stay again!

Kaden was very accommodating to our family! The property is very secure and safe, we took our three children (14, 13, and 9) and felt very comfortable letting them walk up to the beach. The condo itself was very clean and right on the beach, we had six people in the condo altogether and everyone fit perfectly- perfect for spring break. 😊

This place was clean and had a nice ocean view. The location is perfect, were able to walk to all for the downtown amenities and beach very easily too.

The unit was as described, and Jennifer was incredible in offering recommendations and timely responses. The beds were comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the furnishings were clean and new. The unit is small for more than four people. We had 5 family members, and it felt tight when we were all together, but mostly we were out so it was not a problem. Our two kids (8/6) enjoyed the pools, and we all enjoyed the beach bar, Cocos. The facility is dated compared to other locations, but it worked for our young family. If it were just me and my husband, we'd probably choose a different area with more walkability and newer amenities. There were plenty of bike paths to get around. We rented bikes, which were helpful as there was not much walkability to food and beverage, as we did not want to drive everywhere. We would for sure come back with our family.

This was our first time to Hilton Head Island and this place checked all the boxes! Oceanfront, beach, walking and biking paths, and very peaceful and quiet.

This was an excellent location and just steps away from the beach. We also had access to beach chairs, towels, and bikes. In addition, Robert was very responsive to any requests or questions, and provided timely information about gaining access to the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to use the unit again on a return visit to Hilton Head.

We had a great stay! The home was the perfect size for my family of 4 and my parents. It was wonderful to have a third bathroom. The location was great, and we were less than a minute-walk from the pool, and an easy bike ride to Coligny Beach and Plaza, as well as Alder Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Peach Penthouse. As another Airbnb host I know the work that goes into turning a rental over. It was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony is very nice but there is a lot of road noise. So we did not use it as much as we would have liked. It’s a short walk to the beach and the wagons and ice chests are a lovely amenity. Thank you for a great stay. Tybee Island is quite memorable.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom condo! The location couldn’t have been better — right on the beach, with stunning ocean views from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was pure bliss. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a great bonus — perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. It was never too crowded and always well-maintained. Overall, this place had the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and location. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This was a great spot to stay in Tybee! A block off the beach and walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and shops, we found everything we needed for our overnight stop. The condo was clean and comfortable - we were pleased to find the pack n play so that we didn’t have to unload ours. We slept great and would absolutely stay at Pagets place again.

Meahgan was a responsive and accommodating host. She and the property manager, Meg, were quick to respond to our questions and were accommodating to our travel plans. We had arrived earlier than expected and they were able to adjust the cleaning schedule so we could check in a bit earlier. The home is well located - a short drive to restaurants, groceries at Publix, and most importantly, a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The home itself was comfortable and well appointed. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks the pool area and a nice sized kitchen and dining area. We cooked a few meals there in comfort. I would certainly recommend her place if traveling to HHI!

We really enjoyed our stay and would book again! The unit was exactly like the pictures. The only thing others should be aware of is the entry door is located up a flight of stairs. Not a problem for us but could be for others.

This place is great. The resort is beautiful. The pools/spas are new! It’s right on the beach. We loved the grilling area and fire pit at night. The condo is clean and great. Comfy furniture Keith’s instructions were clear and great. We will definitely be back next year.

Great condo in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and Coligny Square. Condo was spacious with a great porch overlooking the pool. An added plus was an awesome shower in the master suite!!

We can't say enough great things about our stay at Mike and Rachel's Hilton Head condo at the Villamare Resort in Palmetto Dunes. From the moment we booked our stay until checkout, everything was remarkable. The communication with Mike and Rachel leading up to our stay was superb. We received all the detail we needed to access the resort well before our stay started. Their instructions were clear and concise, which made getting to the condo seamless. As Villamare is a well maintained and private resort, it was less stressful knowing that we were in an exceptional area. The condo itself was large, clean, in a great location, and included everything you'd need while there. The resort amenities (private pools and beach access) were also excellent. Being a short walk away from the beach was a huge plus. This rental is one that you'll consider staying at again for future vacations. We certainly will.

My stay was absolutely perfect! Everything was exactly as listed and even better in person. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Every detail felt thoughtfully put together, and it made for a top-tier experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Loved the view out to the ocean and all the available activities. We rented cruiser bikes and biked along the beautiful, expansive beach one day, enjoyed the pool bar and view from our balcony other days. Just a 10 minute drive to amazing parks, historical sites and restaurants - most of which we also easily biked to. The apartment was extremely well appointed, homey and easy to locate. Would stay again!

The place was amazing!! Phenomenal location with an unobstructed view of the ocean. Steps from the beach and pools. The close proximity made it really easy to navigate both with kids. Will absolutely stay here again!!!!!!
