We had a fantastic stay for the Easter Weekend. We love Margate - have visited several time but really wonderful to have sea views from the front windows of the house this time. Magical. Beautiful house, location perfect for us. We were two families - 4 adults and 4 children in total and the house was the perfect size for our group. We each had a floor of the house, and a bathroom for each family. The kitchen/dining space was the winning area. Really great. They are also working on another lounge area downstairs- not quite finished when we stayed but would be amazing to have that second seating/lounge area. Throughout the house beautiful decor. Would definitely stay again.

Great location . beach access. over the dunes. 2 nights stay . with family of 8 adults 4 children . ample space . Fantastic time and we were fortunate to have good weather for a bbq. sonia &Lee & family ..

White Sands was a great family house for two families including 5 children from age 15 to 7 with loads of space and a great garden. The house had everything we needed, is light and airy and very close to the beach as well as great for going to visit Dungeness and Rye. Karl was very responsive and provided lots of detail for when we checked in. Would highly recommend.

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

This is such a fantastic house for a big group! There's plenty of communal space. Both the house and garden are gorgeous. The rooms are lovely - with brilliant views of the sea. And Jane is so helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was es braucht. Top Aussicht auf das Meer und den Pier. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung. Einzig ist es sehr schwer a. Abend/Nacht am Freitag oder Samstag einen freien Parkplatz zu finden. herzlichen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft

We came to stay in Margate as a family of 4 during the Easter break. The flat is very close to a nice family friendly quiet beach that is still easy walking distance to the main beach. We found the flat quiet and peaceful but also very well located for Dreamland and other attractions. We had a slight mix up where not all the bed linen was provided but the owner was very responsive even late in the evening and sorted the problem quickly. A great stay, thank you very much!

Great host, the house is exactly as in the photo, everything is very clean, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. I will definitely come back!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Lavender Apartment. The property was very well presented, very clean, very well equipped and organised, and we were given a lovely welcome pack together with local information which were much appreciated. The facilities were excellent and the location ideal for our stay in Deal / Walmer. We would definitely recommend this apartment

We booked Duncan's place as a group of 4 so we could visit a friend who has moved to Uckfield. We used the house as a base for sightseeing and to visit a local parkrun, then we left early today to participate in a local 10km event. Duncan's place was perfect for what we needed and is a great place to chill with friends.

Apartment was beautiful, everything we needed, will definitely return.

Quelle vue époustouflante ! À peine passé la porte que la vue mer nous subjugue ! Appartement spacieux bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Quelques minutes de marche au bord de mer et vous arrivez à la rue commerçante. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour !

We had a brilliant time at Sally's, the space was exactly as expected and very much walking distance to a lot of great shops, bars, restaurants and to Whitstable. Would recommend and stay here again!

Amazing location right on the beach with easy and right outside the apartment street parking. Fit 5 adults and 2 dogs perfectly (however no outside space for dogs to go toilet, have to take them over the field but again right outside the apartment so easy) Lovely apartment with all essential amenities, I would stay here again. Great location to Dreamland and beach. Close to train station too. Great front and balconies. I was here on a solo business trip and this was perfect for me. I would come back with the family for sure. Hosts are very responsive.

One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in . Bexys home was a great find , perfect sea views and the most amazing decor. No boring Flatpack furniture here from Ikea . This has been very well thought out and you can see a passion for design . Highly recommend .

Lovely apartment, with great facilities and ideal location. Beach, high street and train station all within 5 mins walk. Karim was responsive and gave lots of local recommendations, which was much appreciated!

Prachtig appartement op een fantastische locatie direct aan zee. Appartement gezellig en van alle gemakken voorzien, supervriendelijk ontvangst door Isabelle. Aan de voorkant en wat drukkere weg, maar de slaapkamer achter heerlijk rustig. Boulogne is goed te belopen, maar je bent met fiets of auto ook zo de stad uit. De omgeving is prachtig om lopend of op de fiets te ontdekken.

Hosts were very responsive and proactive helping me to book the tennis courts in the area. They were friendly and accommodating for our early arrival and late check out. Would recommend! Apartment was lovely. Hosts provided recommendations for the area. Good location, everything was within walkable distance. Would come again!
