We came to town to watch college baseball which conveniently is right across the street! The house was perfect for us and very modernly decorated and appointed! Loved having old school games there too! If you are coming to town for anything at the university or the racetrack, this is a perfect location.

This house is a very comfortable place to stay. All the amenities in close to anything you would need as far as shopping wise. An amazing host and very quick to respond. If I’m ever in the area again I’d love to stay here.

Maximum privacy near fabulous Louisville! My partner and our dog and I loved the whole home with fenced in yard. The home was EXCELLENTLY appointed- think similar quality kitchen items, linens, pillows, mattresses etc that you would buy for your OWN home. Fantastic. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful via message. Don’t miss this great spot!

My husband and I appreciated Michael’s willingness to work with us quickly when our original rental didn’t work out! We were equally appreciative of the cute and cozy bungalow we walked into once we arrived. The attention to detail was impeccable. The renovation to this home has been done right. It is up to date, but still has the charm of an older home. Everything we needed was at our disposal. The location is perfect… within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful neighborhood. Walkable to downtown area with local shops and the water. House was totally worth the money and was a great experience and stay. No issues.

Very cute house in a quiet neighborhood. The house is in a good location. Close to sports complex, close to Churchill Downs, 15 minutes away from " downtown " Louisville. Angel was very responsive and helpful with good places to eat. I would stay here again!

The e- verify check in was complicated. I had to call the host. There is only one parking spot in the garage but plenty of steeet parking behind. Very clean. Felt safe. Beds comfortable. Lots of nice ammenities.

Stayed here for a girls weekend with my sister & nieces. We all loved the property - location, amenities, beautiful design, and very spacious! Literally everything was on point. Quick & clear communication. The neighborhood is so fun with everything in walking distance. Plenty of parking if needed, and the attached garage made coming and going even more convenient if you need to venture outside of the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. We had a wonderful time!

We had a great stay after a concert in Iroquois Park. The host responded to all of our questions right away. We loved that the location was so close to attractions and restaurants but was still a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Louisville.

My friend and I had a great stay. The house is furnished very comfortably and was very clean and inviting. The neighborhood is quiet and easy walking distance to a few local bars, restaurants, etc. And an easy drive to other location a

Freddie is AMAZING!! He was very responsive and extremely flexible with my scheduled arrival. The house is so nice!! Outside space is very peaceful and beautiful. I will rent Freddie’s place again!!

We had a great birthday for my son’s 11th birthday. The pool was very warm and he could swim his heart away. When I needed assistance from Tyler he was very helpful and friendly, he actually came right out to make sure everything was working smoothly with the pool. (I was scared of caper smoke that was completely normal for cold weather and heated pool) lol I would recommend his place.

This is our second time staying at this property with our group. Everything was perfect and we made a ton of of memories spending time together in an amazing property. I highly recommend you book this place if you've got a large group when in Louisville.

Jennifer is a great host and the property was as described and a great place to stay in terms of comfort and convenience to the city without being IN the city. We will be looking to stay here again for our next volleyball or basketball tournament.

Haylee was accommodating on our check in and check out times due to our daughters spread out appointments! She left very clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and use the keys/lights. I’m sure my kids were also super loud which she didn’t seem to mind! Which was grateful because I was super worried about that

We stayed here for my friend’s bach weekend in Louisville & it was the perfect stay! The house was clean and located next to an adorable little town just a short 10-minute walk away with shops, restaurants, a coffee spot, winery, and more. We felt safe walking around & exploring together. The host was friendly & quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the weekend. It's in a convenient location with easy, toll-free access across the bridge & just a short drive (10–18 mins) to all the places we wanted to go! The house itself is beautiful & very new—even a few items still had tags on them, which gave us a good laugh. The only small suggestions we had were a few basics like salt, pepper, shampoo/conditioner, hand towels (only washcloths), & an oven mitt, would have been helpful to have on hand. That said, we totally understand the space is new and still being stocked, & these things didn’t take away from our experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay & would stay here again!

The place is beautiful, has a lot of amenities. Located in a great, quiet area. Shane was super responsive and overall we had a fantastic stay.

I was in town for work and had to ask to extend, Katie was more than helpful and even offered more accommodations if I needed to extend again! She is a wonderful host!

Kristen’s listing was just as it was described! In old town Louisville, right off the highway and just around the corner from many activities and attractions. We were in town the week before the Kentucky Derby, and my boyfriend and I could do our morning run around Churchill Downs and get up close to the beauty of the facility. The area has lots of character and we had plenty of space to park. We brought our pickle ball paddles just in case and to our surprise, the park across the street had plenty of courts!! We were also just a few blocks from Louisville University. If we are ever in the area again we will certainly be looking for Kristen’s property openings! Big thanks to the Hostess!

Great place to crash for LTL. One day was rained out & we all had a blast in the down stairs area!
