I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive! The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything I wanted to explore. This house is a great option if you plan on going to Jarrod’s place bike park which is roughly a 20 minute drive from the house. After a long day of riding, the hot tub was absolutely perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The garage was also a huge plus, giving us a safe and convenient place to store our bikes. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway, especially for mountain bikers!

Katrina’s home is one of my favorite Air BNB’s. It is so beautiful and peaceful. We love coming here! Can’t wait to return!

Nice home for four of us. Clean, quiet and enjoyed the pool. Deer in the backyard at night was a treat to see.

It was stunningggggg!! It was a beautiful and a comfortable place with an amazing view everyday. It’s spacious, very neat, clean, and all the stuff u need is there. My wife and I enjoy our 5 year anniversary and reallly look forward to coming back. It near a lot of places like restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, and alottttt of animals. It really felt like we were in paradise. I thank you so much for letting us stay in the gorgeous Bella vista. I really recommend all to come here and enjoy the stay. Beautiful location. Cabin is comfy and is well stocked. Cindy is proactive and communicative. Don’t hesitate to book if you’re coming to Rome!

Melissa’s place was great! Very nice spot with comfortable memory foam beds. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our own meals.

The property was very clean and nicely updated. It was convenient and located within a few short minutes of the relatives we were visiting. The house was charming and comfortable for our family and the purpose of our visit. A few things the owner might consider modifying for additional comfort/convenience of guests (these things did not negatively impact our stay): more kitchen utensils/knives for basic cooking needs (measuring cups & spoons, small & mid-size sharp knives), add an armoire or hooks in the main bedroom for hang-up clothes (there is no closet in the main bedroom suite), add dressers or suitcase stands for bags/suitcases, and window coverings that would allow for privacy while still letting in natural light (current window coverings are blackout blinds). Overall, we had a great stay. The suggestions above would make future stays even better.

I could go on and on about this place - First of all, Cami was the perfect host!! I wish I could rent from her everywhere I go! She was super accommodating to all of my requests, even going out of her way to get us items to ensure we had everything needed for our stay. She also provided us with super clear instructions on check-in/checkout + provided tons of recommendations around the area. She even got us some goodies, which set a super positive mood to kickstart the trip. On top of that, the property was absolutely beautiful and well kept! My group was in town for a wedding and we absolutely loved staying here - was perfectly central to Rome and the wedding venue. If I’m back in town, I will ABSOLUTELY come stay here again!

This was our second year in a row staying at one of Rocky’s properties. The location to the tennis facility is extremely convenient and the neighbourhood is nice and quiet. The house itself is in incredible condition and we had no problem getting comfortable right away. When we needed a quick answer from Rocky, he responded almost immediately which made us feel taken care of. Highly recommend him as a host and we will definitely be back next year.

Melissa was a fantastic host! The home is beautiful- fully stocked kitchen, snacks, comfortable beds and living room, and lots of space to spread out. The home is a very easy walking distance to the downtown area with restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful visit and appreciated all the communication and information provided- excellent host and property!

The home was as described and the owners provided some nice touches in the kitchen and bath areas. The decor and furniture were great as well as the kitchen was appropriately stocked with kitchenware. The communication and friendliness of Mellissa was wonderful.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! We found this place to be a wonderful space to relax especially with their porch swing and their outdoor fire pit area. The building has a ton of character and has some great updates that have been done without taking away that character. We felt right at home when we walked in the door. Beds and furniture were all comfortable. They had even thought of quite a few of the little things that make a stay just that much better.

Cindy's house was quaint and inviting. I love the older homes in Rome and this one fit the bill. The furnishings were very comfortable and added to the at-home atmosphere. The decorating was tasteful and uncluttered. Everything we needed was provided in the home. The location was great and the downtown area was easily accessible. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Cindy was a gracious host and very available. We would rent this home again if it is available. Thank you for allowing us to spend our time in Rome at your home.

We were in Rome for a family reunion. The property was perfect for us and was very nicely furnished and very clean. We also now know why it is called the Owl House! We saw two owls on Saturday morning. Very cool!

I would recommend this place . It was very clean, close to restaurants & stores. Very nice and quiet area.
