Everything was just like the listing stated. Easy access to everything and plenty to do in the house itself. Its funny but they have notes posted around the house with different instructions or just to let you what light switches you are using. Only problem I had, I couldnt beat PAC MAN!!!!!! WOULD definitely recommend!!

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

Carla’s home is the perfect place to stay in New Smyrna. It is very clean and spacious with 3 spread out bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the touches in the home were great. There are mirrors and tissue boxes in bedrooms, well supplied toiletries, paper towels and pantry items. The pool and hot tub were a great feature. Very clean and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the beach and less than 5 to Flagler Ave with the restaurants and shopping. Excellent location on a quiet street. Highly recommend this place.

Highly recommend! This was a return visit, and we enjoyed our time there every bit as much as the last time. Andrea's house is that sort of place you take pictures of so you can duplicate it when you return home. Lovely furnishings and a great big kitchen overlooking a gathering area. Nice big dining table to have friends and family over. It is spotless inside and out, with super comfortable and beautiful furnishings. Including outdoor furniture and beautiful heated pool. Also, to note, the house is a split, so traveling with family & friends lends privacy since the master is on one side of the house, and the other 2 bedrooms are in a area with its own bathroom and sitting/tv room. Neighbors are friendly, too!

Had a wonderful stay at the house! The beds were comfortable and the backyard was incredible. We loved laying poolside and relaxing by the firepit. The owners were very responsive - we couldn't find the toaster the first day and they had a new one delivered to the house later that day. Very close to the beach, shops, and food, making it very convenient to grab anything we needed during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed Parlor Doughnuts, which was less than 3 minutes away. Those with small children should definitely check out the park right around the corner - huge playground and splash pad. Some things to note- the house is close to a busy street. I use a white noise machine and had no issues, but others in the house had a few disturbances during the night with the occasional loud vehicle. The upstairs is about 10 degrees warmer than the first floor. We found that dropping the AC about 2 hours before bedtime and keeping the fans on made it comfortable to sleep. All-in-all a great trip!

Everything was amazing Hosts were amazing. They truly accommodated us with our early arrival. This house was absolutely immaculate. When you walk in, you can actually smell how clean the entire house is. I saw reviews that others had issues with the construction going on. We had no issues with noise. If you are outside on the pool having a good time, you don’t even know they are there and the house is pretty much sound proof, so you do not hear them while you are inside. I would definitely want to go back. Thank you both for your amazing house

What a beautiful stay! The location was perfect! The pool was a godsent with the kids! The house has everything you need! Thank you for the beautiful vacation, we look forward to coming back next year!

5 stars all the way for what we were looking for: a great location, on the beach with a beautiful view. I'm not sure there is another place that could deliver on the level this condo did for all those features. As a host, Dave was proactive on checking in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly and was ready to respond if we needed anything. Also appreciated the value and flexible cancellation policy. However, one caveat: there were few small things detracted slightly from our stay (but not enough to take away a star). Just some small things. We received additional "instructions" or chores that were not included in the listing. Dump the water from three dehumidifiers (which are loud, run constantly and blow out warm air) daily or the AC will shut down. Upon leaving, do the dishes, take out the trash, remove all linens and put them by the washer (all of which we did). $300 cleaning fee for?... Also, a request to "leave a 5 star review because anything less is a 'bad review'".

Butch was a very responsive host . He gave great recommendations and made sure to it that we had great instructions about check in check out , what he expected at the end of our stay etc.. The money we paid for the stay was very reasonable for beach front property. The beach was gorgeous , the ocean views from the condo couldn’t be better . There were outstanding restaurants and day trip activities to be had just about everywhere . We started with a dolphin and manatee kayak tour, rolling brunch and sunset cruise . The city is rich in history and we learned so much while there ! Butch has a fantastic property and knows how to keep his customers comfortable and wanting to return.

The place was very nice. The pool was heated and the kids enjoyed swimming. It was great watching the boats go by. We wish we could have stayed a little longer to enjoy the view.

The location was right on the steps of Daytona Beach and conveniently located near stores and restaraunts walking distance. Kelly was super communicative and helpful and the whole trip went smoothly. I appreciated the sun hats and beach paraphernalia in the place. Also the fully stocked toiletries. All in all a great stay. On a side note the elevator was not working the whole time we were there which didn’t bother me but for someone physically impaired you have to climb stairs and walk a bit to get to the place. This is March 15 and I’m sure elevator is working by now. This does not affect my rating of the stay in any way. I highly recommend!

Really good looking, clean, welcoming place and well located. Todd was always responsive and there to clear any questions or doubts. the check in was easy with clear instructions and it was overall a pleasure to stay here.

Our family had a wonderful week long stay at Susan’s condo. She supplied everything we needed for great beach days and the pool was clean and warm! It is within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and ice cream spots. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, yet fun place to stay in Bonita!

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, quiet and beautiful surroundings. The property is well maintained and very secure, allowing my family to rest comfortably. Anderson provided great communication before I arrived, he was welcoming upon arrival and promptly responsive throughout the entire trip. I would highly recommend this place.

Great apartment, close to one pool and only 5 min walking to the beach. The complex even has 2 pools one being closer to the beach where we have been mostly alone during our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and the kitchen was well equipped. the apartment is on the street side but we did not hear anything inside, but on the balcony which was fine for us. AC and fans in the living and bedroom. All in all we had an amazing time here!

This house was ideal for our weekend. Everything we needed was provided, and the extras pillows, towels, and toiletries were a nice touch. The pool water heater was a great addition, making the water perfect for the time of year ($10 a day was worth it) . We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

We were very pleased with this home, it was very comfortable, and we loved the open nature of the layout. The outdoor area was very fun for fishing. The kitchen was very nice to use, though lacked some basic necessities such as kitchen towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well in the home. We especially loved the electric couch with the USB ports and reclining features. We will definitely come back to this house!

We really enjoyed our stay, the outside area was fantastic, lots of space and plenty of shade when needed. The pool was lovely & warm & a bonus was no extra charge for pool heat. Phil & Sue communicated promptly and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend staying here & we would have no hesitation returning.

The place was very nice and clean. The hostess was very nice and responsive. The only thing I wish I would have paid more attention to was the heated pool. The temperatures were cooler than usual, so the heater wouldn't keep up. We paid to heat it but it was always too cold to swim.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Everything was as described and the host was very responsive. We had a hiccup with no trash pick up, but the very understanding host accomodated. Internet was down most of the trip, but no fault of the host & we weren't there most of the day, so it wasn't a problem. Plenty of space, well decorated & comfortable. We used Uber & had Walmart deliver anything we needed which was right around the corner, (including alcohol!). All the parks were about a 30 ish minute ride, traffic is horrific (no matter where you are) which is why it was nice to use Uber. Awesome vacation overall!

Place was amazing! I would give 6 stars if I could! Check in and check out were easy and host always responded very quickly to any messages! Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else! The house is also a lot bigger in person! Thanks again guys, I loved your place!

We LOVED our stay in Fort Lauderdale. The place was absolutely beautiful and just like advertised. We had to make a last minute reservation and the hosts were more than accommodating and extremely responsive. We traveled with a family of 6 and the home was the perfect size for us as there was more than enough room and we all had our own bathrooms. The outside area was amazing. The kids loved the pool and it was a very nice quiet, well kept neighborhood. Anytime I had a question I was able to text the hosts and they responded to me almost immediately. I even accidentally sent an amazon package to the wrong address and they offered to bring it to UPS for me. I cant say enough great things about this place, it was close enough to everything that you would need but also private enough to be able to relax when needed. We will definitely be back to Fort Lauderdale and would love to rent this wonderful home again.
