The place is very nice and cozy. Plenty of room for the 3 of us that stayed. It wasn’t too far from the beach and close to everything. Very well communication and overall a great stay.

Whitney’s place was honestly the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The place looked exactly like the pictures and was absolutely spotless. I made a comment to my husband that there wasn’t even a speck of dust anywhere! And Whitney was so friendly and responsive! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our anniversary. Thank you Whitney!

7B was exactly as described and just what we were hoping for. Direct, private access to the beach made this place unforgettable. Unit had everything we needed to cook and care for our family (couple + 3 small kids) and even some beach chairs to use. We were very happy spending our spring break at Stick in the Sand.

We had a wonderful stay at Kassi's. The apartment was super clean and tidy and very accessible. Kassi was very kind and accommodating, and we felt very at home. We highly recommend Kassi's place for a nice quiet stay.

The house was peaceful and in a quiet historic neighborhood. Dick had bikes available for us and even offered a bike tour! The house had plenty of amenities, we didn’t need anything because it was all there! The bedrooms were beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend this house!

Loved the place, very well maintained and instructions were clear and minimal. Enjoyed coffee in the mornings and grilling at night on the patio. So close to the beach and walked to Seaside every day. Will be booking again for our next trip.

We had a great stay. Very close to downtown and safe area! Very comfortable. Super cute. Would definitely stay here again and recommend the stay.

Wow! Such a great experience. Sheri and her husband Dave were absolutely amazing! From my initial inquiry till the day we checked out they were the best hosts I’ve ever had. The property is tucked away from crowds and traffic and is incredibly peaceful. It is such a nice place to relax, take a walk, or sit by the firepit. And the food was amazing!! Homemade and sourced from their garden. Can’t get any better than that! Dinner was superb and the breakfast waffles with fresh fruit was just right! I look forward to coming back.

The place was just like the pictures and our stay was peaceful and quiet. After spending the day at the beach we would return to our peaceful and quiet stay.

The space was exactly as described. The bed was extremely comfortable! The neighborhood seemed to be very quiet, even with being on a golf course. We saw so many deer in neighboring yards. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Bella Blue! The property was everything we expected and more. Sonya provides so many little extras like beach towels, bonfire supplies, rafts and noodles for the ppl, etc. we instantly felt at home and loved the private backyard. The pool was perfect - a great temperature, clean and well maintained. Our dog loved the fenced in yard and instantly loved meeting Sonya! We would highly recommend this place and hope to visit again soon!

Great location, Quiet neighborhood. My daughter and I loved the space. Room was pristine and the kitchen had everything we could have needed. Super close to everything we needed to do on the downtown/ convention center area and the beach is not too far. Hosts responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful in-law suite in the heart of the Prominence neighborhood on 30A! The location is unbeatable—so close to Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Alys Beach, and Grayton Beach, making it perfect for exploring all the best of 30A. The suite itself was immaculate, cozy, and provided the perfect retreat after days spent at the beach. Elizabeth's team (Tyler and Kayla) were absolutely fantastic—friendly, responsive, and always available to help with anything we needed. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

The place is very beautiful and well arranged. Plus, the couch is to die for! I definitely enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend to anyone considering.

Thank you Connie for opening your beautiful space to my son and I. We adored the art work inside and outside as well. The patio out back is gorgeous with all the greenery as well. We spent plenty of time out there enjoying meals on the long and small rounded table on the wooden deck. Also, we enjoyed a few snacks on the small picnic table downstairs outside. Connie's property is a short walk to the beach and offers an array of items to borrow to take down there, thank you. This is a great space for one or two people.

We had an awesome stay, will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area. Extremely clean house, one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in. Hosts were excellent! Tara's Place was amazing. I had not such a great encounter with another air b and b and I Had to scramble to get a new place to stay. She was so accommodating and worked with us the entire way and at the same time was very respectful of our privacy. it was a beautiful, comfy, safe home and I hope to be able to visit again.

Hidden gem off the beaten path! Great value and a great location! Would recommend Rik’s place to anyone!
