Florence : locations de vacances avec brasero

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Het huis is geweldig, rustig gelegen, op ideale afstand voor het ontdekken van het mooie Toscane, tip : San Gimignano is top!! Chianti route is zalig!! Firenze veel te druk... Angela is super, hartelijk ontvangen, geeft tips voor restaurants in de buurt en altijd bereikbaar, top gastvrouw!!

Se você está de carro, o apartamento de Simone é ótimo para explorar a região da Toscana e facilmente acessível à Florença. O imóvel é aquecido e completo. Muito mais amplo que nas fotos. Muito completo!

Un soggiorno che ha rispecchiato pienamente il nostro ideale di vacanza. Il luogo è semplicemente magico: immerso nella quiete, un po’ fuori dal tempo e lontano dalla frenesia della routine quotidiana. I ritmi lenti, la natura intorno e l’atmosfera rilassata ci hanno regalato giorni di vero relax e rigenerazione. La casa è arredata con gusto romantico in stile francese, un vero piccolo nido d’amore dove ci si sente coccolati e subito a proprio agio. Un ringraziamento speciale a Riccardo, un host davvero straordinario: sempre disponibile, gentilissimo e cordiale, ci ha fatti sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Torneremo sicuramente!

Daniela and Miruna were great hosts! They were very welcoming and had fabulous recommendations for the surrounding area. The place we stayed in was secluded and very homey, with beautiful picturesque surroundings, as you would imagine Tuscanny to have. When entering the grounds you are welcomed by many beautiful cypress trees and the home we stayed in was overlooking a beautiful landscape. It was exactly as we pictured it to be. During our stay we were able to visit many towns that we had on our bucket list. Some of the towns that we visited were a bit far from the location, so depending on where you'd like to visit, you may need to plan for that, but it was always the most beautiful drive and it really showcased the beauty of Tuscanny. We were able to take some stunning pictures along our journeys each day! I would highly recommend this home if it fits into your travel plans.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property just outside Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet only a short drive to the center. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and full of character, with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. Antonio was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect base for exploring Florence and the surrounding area. Highly recommended—we would absolutely stay here again!

Super nice hosts, excellent place, located fairly close to bus and train station, free protected parking space. Excellent value. Fully recommend.

We had a really lovely stay in Palaia with our 9-month old baby. Andrea’s place is very comfortable, had everything we needed, and is located right in the centre of the town. The garden space outside (and the hot tub!) is a particular treat, with stunning views of the Tuscan scenery but which also felt quite private. Andrea was a great and very helpful host, and gave us lots of information about the local area - grazie! Palaia is a beautiful and lively town with lots going on - we were able to get everything we needed from the shops, visit the lovely churches and see the incredible views from la Rocca. We would particularly recommend the takeaway pizza right outside Andrea’s place - so good we had it twice! We hope to come back some day.

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Frequent bus service to city centre but also local restaurants and cafes if you want a break from the busy city centre. Supermarket next door is very handy for basics.

Alessandro’s place was the best airbnb I’ve stayed at :) It was in a beautiful area (about a half hour on public transport from the train station), was absolutely spotless, and had great amenities. Alessandro is also a great host :)

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het uitzicht was echt prachtig en Chiara was zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. De kinderen konden heerlijk spelen in de mooie ruime tuin.

comfortable and spacious apartment in a quiet yet convenient and beautiful neighborhood of oltrarno. My family stayed here for a week and found it to be the perfect location for our second time in Florence. Walkable to restaurants, cafes, grocery, enotecas, and markets. The outdoor patio, kitchen, and living room were great for us and our baby.

Giulietta und ihre Familie haben uns sehr zuvorkommend behandelt und uns herzlich aufgenommen. Wir sind leider sehr verspätet angekommen, unter Umständen die wir nicht beeinflussen konnten. Giuliettas Mann hat extra spät in der Nacht auf uns gewartet. Alles weitere konnten wir am nächsten Tag klären. Alle unsere Fragen wurden geklärt und leider fehlte das warme Wasser, was aber umgehend behoben wurde. Leider konnten wir nur zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbringen, da wir auf der Durchreise bei Freunden in der Umgebung zu Besuch waren. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und würden wieder buchen. Man muss einfach wissen, dass die Strassen zum Haus recht abenteuerlich sind. Aber man gewöhnt sich daran. :-) Vielen Dank für all das Verständnis und Entgegenkommen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren vor vielen Jahren schon einmal dort und es hat uns genauso gut gefallen wie damals. Die Aussicht ist einmalig. Bruno ist super und hat uns sehr gut betreut während des Aufenthalts. Auch die Tips von Paolo waren sehr hilfreich. Verpasst nicht während des Sonnenuntergangs durch die Olivenhaine hinter dem Haus zu spazieren. Wir kommen wieder.

Il borgo di capannole è un posto meraviglioso di grande pace e di grande bellezza, Roi e Stefan sono stati host eccezionali gentili e premurosi È un posto immerso nella storia antica del borgo e della Famiglia di Stefan . È un Posto di privacy ma con la Possibilità di incontrare altre persone o famiglie che soggiornano nello stesso periodo con L possibilità di condividere i grandi spazi che il Borgo mette a disposizione Torneremo senza dubbi Consigliatissimo!

Der Check-In war sehr entspannt und spontan. Super zu erreichen und ein echt sympathischer Kerl. Wir waren mit unseren Motorrädern da und Ricardo hat sich super darum gekümmert das alles in Sicherheit steht und sogar Werkzeug bei einer kleinen Panne vorbei gebracht. Das Haus an sich war rustikal aber sehr passend eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden von Töpfen und Pfannen bis hin zu Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Es ist und bleibt ein kleines, rustikales Häuschen in der Toskana. Was will man mehr. Unsere Truppe würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke für den netten Aufenthalt!

La tana del porcospino è immersa nel verde, cercavamo pace e tranquillità ed è stato così. Purtroppo non ci siamo potuti godere il portico perché la giornata era grigia ma sono convinta che nel periodo estivo sia un piccolo paradiso con la piscina, il barbecue e tutto il verde circostante. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita e provvista di tutto perfino la padella per le castagne, il bagno spazioso e con un antibagno utilissimo per le valigie. Arrivarci è facile e Massimo è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, davvero una persona squisita. Un soggiorno da consigliare.

Situation géographie parfaite pour visiter cette belle Toscane qui est devenue un peu la nôtre, Arezzo, Lamole, Montelpuciano, Cortone, Gaiole in Chianti, Siena, Greve in Chianti, Castagnoli….. God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.
