Beautiful house. You have to follow the directions he gives you to find it because Google is wrong. Definitely not his fault on that one. It's in a newer neighborhood, close to I95 but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Though I didn't have time to visit the track, it's not far from Darlington race track. Plenty of restaurants on the main road and I a full kitchen if you wanted to cook at home. The house itself is very well laid out, clean, and plenty of amenities. Digital lock was very simple to use so getting access is simple and easy. No weird instructions or rules, which great. Full size washer and dryer which would be awesome if had been staying longer than one night. Interior decor is very tasteful and unobtrusive, but still nice to look at. Zay was very proactive with contacting me in advance and had no issues with us arriving late at night. Pet friendly, even had a dog bed ready to go. Definitely would stay here again.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this location in Florence. The place is very clean, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, and very easy to get into. The location was perfect for our needs, close to stores, food, and Francis Marion University. Wempy is a great host and very repsonsive. He answers mail within minutes and is always helpful. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay at Angelique’s house was just wonderful. We were in the area visiting my sister and we were quite close by! Everything was great! When we got there we noticed something was missing from the Keurig. I notified them and the co host brought it right over. She was so nice! We’re hoping to go back in the fall and are will be checking to see if the house is available again! I want to thank them so much for everything!

Place was as advertised, clean, free of clutter and simply felt like home.

Donieka’s Peaceful Pines was the ideal AirBnB for our trip to Florence. We were in town for a week visiting family. Peaceful Pines was “home away from home.” Donieka stocked every room with essentials plus amenities that made our stay that much more comfortable. The cookware and appliances are NOT the discarded goods of a primary home. They are in excellent condition along with the quality of the linens and larger appliances. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have been beautifully renovated and are sparklingly clean. I was able to work remotely in comfort and we all slept restfully.

We had a lovely stay, in town for our son’s wedding in Timmonsville. The house was perfect for our family for four days and three nights. Great space to host all 9 of us. It was prefect for this. Loaded of fun!!!

My family and I enjoyed Stacey and Kenneth’s place in Lake City S.C. It was the perfect location to shop, dine, and visit family in Johnsonville, Pamplico and Hemmingway. The place was very clean and spacious. Kenneth was the perfect host and provided the necessary accessories we need to stay comfortable during our stay. Also less than two hour from Myrtle Beach .

This small apartment was just perfect for our short stay in Florence. It was easy to find, and the instructions for how to get in were simple and clear. The AC worked well, which was very appreciated as there was a bit of a heat wave for most of our stay. And the in-freezer ice maker was a pleasant surprise! Ross was also fantastic at responding quickly when we had questions or needs. I would gladly stay here again. One fun surprise, though. If there's a good amount of rain in the forecast, don't park right outside the apartment, unless you enjoy really getting your feet wet! That was a fun challenge our last night there, as water in that part of the parking lot got to a couple of inches deep.

What a treat to find Mustard Seed Lodging in Marion. We used the loft while visiting family at Thanksgiving. It provided the space we needed while spending most of our time in town with family. I will use it again!

Gina was a great host. Her home is clean, comfortable and convenient to everything in downtown Florence!

We had a wonderful time. Parking spots are marked clearly, and the directions for how to get in were easy to follow. Once inside the place was exactly as described. The beds were all comfortable, had plenty of space for our group of 3, and I will definitely stay here again if I make my way back to Florence. We ate at some of the recommended Restaurants. Town Hall was amazing (try the swordfish.) Thanks for Hosting Us!!!!

This was our second stay at 614 Gregg Ave, and our first time in Suite A—it was just as amazing as we expected! The suite is beautifully renovated, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with modern touches and cozy comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was pristine, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is quiet, safe, and close to everything in Florence. What really sets this place apart is the communication—these hosts are outstanding. They’re responsive, friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. It’s clear they care about every detail and this home is a Labor of Love! We’ve loved both of our visits here and will absolutely be back again!

We appreciated staying here. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was very conveniently located for attending ArtFields. Johnny was very accommodating.

I had a great stay at Hadley's Hideaway! My son and I stayed overnight the night before Easter, and Erika was incredibly kind and prepared him an Easter basket, which was very thoughtful and generous. He was thrilled, and was also taken with the place. He enjoyed hanging out in the reading nook in the bedroom, and slept very comfortably in the bed. I slept on the couch and got a very good night's sleep. The place is full of thoughtful touches and has everything you need for your stay, even well beyond overnight. It's beautifully decorated in a homey way that feels relaxing and serene. The house's guidebook is laid out neatly and easy to read through. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat! Also, I wish all hosts were as communicative as Erika!

Luke and Laura were excellent hosts – very easy to communicate with and responsive. Their place was just as described, and there were no surprises. We look forward to staying here again when visiting family. Highly recommend!

Great spacious apartment with outdoor seating going out back into a nice and peaceful neighborhood.

Brandon was an amazing host who left the place feeling like home. He gave great instructions with all the needed information. He went above and beyond what I expected with location recommendations, allowing guests to use his streaming services, and having a well stocked amenities. It made it an amazing stay overall!
