Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von acht Erwachsenen und einem Kind für vier Tage in Stefaans wunderschönem Haus. Da wir bereits viele Urlaube in Air Bnb Häusern verbracht haben, haben wir bereits einige Unterkünfte gesehen und können ehrlich sagen, dass Stefaans die sauberste, schönste und am besten ausgestatteste war, die wir je hatten. Zusätzlich ist das Haus wirklich so schön eingerichtet und unfassbar geräumig, dass wir uns alle direkt sehr wohl gefühlt haben und am liebsten noch ein paar Tage länger geblieben wären. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ländlich und wunderbar ruhig gelegen – perfekt für gemütliche Grill- oder Spieleabende. Für Ausflüge kommt man aber auch gut mit dem Zug nach Brüssel oder mit dem Auto nach Gent. Stefaan und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und geben einem sehr hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung. Auch bei Fragen haben Sie uns schnell und einfach geholfen. Wir können dieses tolle Haus jedem weiterempfehlen! 🙂

Wat een heerlijke plek! Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken en alles is aanwezig (inclusief kruiden e.d). Het is ruim opgezet, mooie slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden en een fijne keuken. Omgeving kun je mooi wandelen en daarna heerlijk zwemmen in de zwemvijver. Voor de avond is er nog een aparte ruimte met allerlei activiteiten ( tafelvoetbal, darts, tafeltennis etc) We komen zeker een keer terug!

We had a wonderful stay in this delightful house, which is tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. The house provided everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the lovely garden, which was perfect for playing around. We stayed with a 2-year-old child, a dog, and four adults, and there was plenty of space for everyone. It’s truly a fantastic place to stay, and we highly recommend it!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 2 familles (12 personnes au total), le logement est très spacieux et confortable, la cuisine et salle à manger très conviviale. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le trampoline dans le jardin. Un seul bémol : la personne qui nous a accueilli a oublié de préciser qu'il y avait un store dans le séjour, du coup il y avait beaucoup de lumière pour dormir dans le canapé lit du salon. Hormis ce petit point, tout était parfait, merci aux hôtes!

Nadege is een superhost. Het huis is praktisch ingericht en netjes. Super idyllische plek en perceel. Enige aandachtspunt is dat het zitmeubilair niet heel comfortabel is en sommige matrassen erg hard. Maar verder was het echt super!

The Matthieu home was perfect for our group of 6. We each had private space while still enjoying meals and relaxing together. The home is exquisitely designed and decorated - minimalistic at its finest. The blue stone on the outside of the home came from our family quarry which was fun to see. We brought our staff to Europe as one last hurrah before retiring at the end of the month. The trip was for them but we enjoyed watching Belgium through their wide eyes. This is the perfect home for a larger group!

J’ai passé un très bon week-end chez Laszlo ! Hôte très réactif et appartement correspondant à la description ! Gros plus pour le billard, le calme et la luminosité (quand le soleil se montre) !

Excellent apartment with lots of natural light and plenty of space. Eugenie was really responsive and helpful. She provided a crib, high chair, toys for our children and was generally great.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for our family’s long weekend in Brussels. Géraldine was a wonderful host and gave us lots of helpful information and recommendations for local restaurants and cafes. (Holy Bagels is a must-do!!) Would definitely recommend staying here while in Brussels!

The place is nice clean convenient location, except stairs which can be a bit tricky if you have huge bags, overall pretty decent.

Die Ferienwohnung von Victor hat uns gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr geräumig und supersauber. Zum Stadtzentrum geht man etwa eine halbe Stunde. Leider war das nahe gelegene Parkhaus belegt, so dass wir mit den Koffern etwas weiter laufen mussten.

Karima est une hôte très réactive. Nous avons eu la chance d’être accueillis par elle ; elle a su nous mettre à l’aise et nous renseigner parfaitement. L’appartement est idéalement situé, dans un quartier paisible et facilement accessible. Le logement correspond tout à fait à la description, et la terrasse est vraiment incroyable ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Marcelo’s place is well located within walking distance to the historic centre and there’s plenty of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The kitchen is well equipped and the living area is roomy with high ceilings. In general the apartment is a bit outdated but comfortable enough. Occasionally there’s some street noise at night from people leaving the disco opposite the apartment, so advisable to put some earplugs for those with light sleep. We didn’t have any problems at night and had a great time in Marcelos apartment. Recommended.

Merci à Jean-Luc qui nous a réservé bon accueil dans sa maison très sympa. Nous y avons passé un séjour cosy, l'emplacement était idéal pour se déplacer en Belgique.

Casa, jardín, piscina, juegos para niños, equipamiento interior, paseos por bosques del entorno, visitas a ciudades como Brujas o Gante, hicieron maravillosas nuestras vacaciones. Y Julien respondió rápidamente a cualquier cuestión.

Mooi en rustig verblijf. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor een rustig weekendje. Dimi reageert snel, vriendelijk en communiceert pro actief maar niet overdreven, ideale communicatie!

Philippe a été un hôte extrêmement accueillant et arrangeant : il nous a permis d’arriver et de partir à l’heure qui nous arrangeait. Il nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour que nous passions un magnifique séjour. Le logement était propre et bien équipé. Il y avait tout ce qu’il faut pour accueillir un grand groupe comme le nôtre. Certains équipements montrent des signes de vieillissement mais nous avons tout expliqué à Philippe et il va en prendre soin. Le jardin était grand, bien fleuri et entièrement clôturé ce qui était parfait pour nos chiens. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end chez Philippe et, à part le prix qui nous a semblé excessif, nous n’avons rien à reprocher à ce logement.

Twee jaar geleden kwamen we hier voor de eerste keer en waren zo onder de indruk van het huis en de omgeving dat wij dit jaar wilden terugkomen. Net een prachtig weekend achter de rug met veel zon. Je bent hier vlakbij de bloesems die reeds in bloei stonden. We hebben eveneens gebruik kunnen maken van de jacuzzi en de BBQ. Het was alweer een TOP weekend en we zijn van plan om volgend jaar terug te keren naar dit fantastisch verblijf!

What an amazing gem this house is - highly recommend and completely undestand the perfect 5 star reviews. The house is beautiful, huge garden, absolutely peaceful and blissful - we didn't want to leave and are already planning another longer visit. It is clean, has all amenities you need (big fridge, coffee machine, etc), convenient kitchen with sitting places, and a huge dining room with a fireplace. at the same time it is less than 10 min walk from the train station taking you to Brussels, and 7 min drive from Wavre, which has nice stores and cafes. However, we didn't even feel the need to leave and spent most of the time in the garden. Absolutely recommend the experience.

Clara est une hôte très réactive et qui cherche vraiment à faire en sorte que tout se passe bien. Elle a chaque fois répondu à nos demandes très rapidement et gentiment.
