Great little place just for a couple

It's quiet and cozy here. The yard is completely fenced with tall living shrubs, flowers, and trees. There's a gas grill, a fire pit, and a place to dine under an umbrella in the garden. I rent out a separate half of the house to guests: one bedroom, a small kitchen combined with a hallway. Peace and quiet reign here. You won't be disturbed. Sometimes I go into my half of the house, but very rarely. There are no other guests on the property, just you. I don't charge extra for pets. Parking free.

Fifth house from the beach - bring the chairs and towels up to the beach and forget something or need refreshments and you will be back at house in 90 seconds tops. Bikes and beach chairs included. This is a family neighborhood. No parties please!

It is centrally located next to many of the hospitals, the Long Island Rail Road, the Luxurious Hamptons, and the Long Island wineries. Just a short drive away is the Tanger outlets for all of your shopping needs and 5 minutes away from Baseball Heaven. Patchogue is 5 minutes away and boasts several wonderful restaurants, and bars, and the ferry is also a 5 minute drive and can take you to Fire Island.

We are 10 minutes away from LIRR train station where you can get a ride to Manhattan. Although the studio is centrally located a car or Uber is recommended,. You'll have your own bathroom, kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, air conditioner, tv with cable and internet. Our study is a FREE SMOKING PLACE! Not smoking or vaping!

A Lovely Cottage in the Woods

Welcome to our cottage located just 1 hour north of NYC! It is nestled into 2.7 acres of beautiful gardens, mossy groves, and lovely woods. Nature abounds: The property abuts the 4000 acres of the Ward Pound Ridge Reservation. A trailhead begins right across the driveway. The cottage is equipped with a stone fireplace, spacious kitchen, living room area, table for dining and working, and a sleeping loft. During the summer, a private salt water pool is available.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.

Great for friends or a family. House includes 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , kitchen, large wrap around deck with new outdoor furniture and new BBQ, outdoor shower, large living room, wall unit air conditioners in each room. House includes satellite tv, wi-fi, bikes, beach chairs, wagon, many toiletries and essentials, coolers, beach games and all sheets and linens (no towels).
