College students - just 14 miles from Concordia, 31 miles from UNL, 33 miles from Doane, 12 miles from SCC in Milford.

In Seward, NE, 19 mi west of Lincoln, 10 min from I-80. Family friendly. Quiet area. Off-street parking. Easy .6 mi walk to restaurants & shops, 1.3 mi. to Concordia U. Patio w/table & chairs, grill. Large back yard. Two bedrooms: 1 queen, 1 full. Air mattresses, cot, PackNPlay for added guests. Books, games, smart TV, washer/dryer. HVAC w/allergy/virus filter. Dogs welcome, small fenced relief area. House is apprx. 100 yo, clean & cared for with a few nicks, cracks & creaks for authenticity!

Spacious Downstairs Apartment

We offer a large bedroom with a daylight window & queen bed. In your own family room area there is one hide-a-bed, as well as one queen air mattress. There is a non-conforming bedroom with two twin beds which we place on the guest discretion to use. You will have your own full kitchen & bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of Seward, NE, near Concordia Univ & only 25 minutes from downtown Lincoln - Memorial Stadium, etc. We have lots of space for you.

Uncle Tom’s Farmhouse

NEWLY REMODELED-This Beautiful 1900’s two story farmhouse on the Rath homestead is located 3 miles West of Grafton & 2 miles North off of Highway 6 or 7.5 miles East of Sutton on Hwy 6. You will also find a Big Red Barn, Large Grass Yard, Farm Animals, and Beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets. If you are traveling to this area for a family gathering, wedding, sporting event, hunting, work travels, or just to get away & enjoy a peaceful country stay, our spacious farm is the perfect place.

1-Bedroom Junto Loft in downtown Seward!

Our downtown Seward space includes a full bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, along with a nice view overlooking the Seward Town Square. Local shops, a local brewery, an art gallery, coffee shop, cafe, and much more are all within walking distance of the loft! Back alley entrance. The loft is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. No elevator access. One free parking space in alley. Street parking also available.

The Carriage House

This Carriage house sits in the back yard of the main house on this property. This property dates back 120 + years and is in excellent condition. It is a little piece of Aurora's history located right off our town square. The house can sleep 4, however I would say best suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. There is not a door between the bedroom and living room.

The BIN HOUSE at THE GOOD LIFE FARM, SEWARD NE

The BIN House: A Unique Couples Getaway! (No children or infants, no pets.) This converted grain bin has been on the family farm since the 1930s. Up until several years ago, it stored grain. In its new life, it has been converted into a cozy, couples getaway. We invite you to experience our unique little piece of heaven here at the Good Life Farm.

Tucked back behind the Deshler NE main drag is this cute brick apartment that once served as the nurse's quarter to the local hospital. The Greystone in Henderson, Nebraska

This 1920's bungalow was renovated solely for use as a guesthouse with all new electrical, plumbing and HVAC . All original wood floors and woodwork were retained. It's just a half block from the Main Street of our quaint little town just 2 miles off of Interstate 80.
