The five of us and our young dog had a lovely Easter weekend staying at Lisa’s house. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with some wonderful coastal walks nearby to wear us out. The garden was large with plenty for our dog to explore and the house was as described with a modern well equipped kitchen, large lounge with dining area and comfortable beds in bedrooms with plenty of storage. You need to do your research to find pubs and restaurants that allow dogs as they need to be driven to and pre booking is recommended. Our host Lisa was very accommodating and responded to all our questions quickly and helpfully. A visit to the nearby Flamborough Head lighthouse and coastal walk is a must to see the seals on the secluded beach. We would certainly book again.

what a great place to hold our first family reunion. our host Victoria was very accommodating with respect to change of check in time and always responded quickly to questions. The property was ideally placed for walking round the local area and there is so much to do within a short drive. The train station was within walking distance for our party members who don't drive so no problem for them. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience with Victorias place. Top Marks.

Fantastic holiday. Well thought out accommodation with easy access to the town and beach. Close to a lot of attractions. Whitby, Scarborough and Robins hood bay all close by. The little town of Filey is full of lovely restaurants and cafe’s with an arcade and tourist shops, which were great for the kids. Hellen was a fantastic host, quick to respond to messages. Great few days in this lovely little cottage . Within walking distance of our favourite restaurant (a bit in the dear side but great food ) we walked to the beach around a mile or so from the cottage. John was always quick to respond to any messages via air B&B and also let us know we could get in a little earlier than originally stated. Slight down side can be a little noisy from the road through the village but to be expected due to its position. It didn’t really give us any issues. Full of modern appliances and a modern kitchen. We will definitely be back.

Had a fantastic stay here. A family of 4 (2 teen boys), my brother in law and 2 dogs. Great location - an easy walk into town and very quiet too. The host was super helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds in particular were extremely comfortable - lovely fresh, clean and crisp white linen. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Whitby.

We had a lovely night's stay at Chase. Before even arriving, Paul was great at giving us instructions and being available to answer any questions we had. He was very responsive and was kindly flexible with the check in time for us, arriving from Stirling, it was perfect to check in and get rid of our bags before exploring York. The house is a short walk from the bus stop, and we found getting the bus to and from no problem. Situated in a lovely, quiet, quaint area, we loved the location, peacefulness and safe feeling of the location. We stayed with my friend's baby and the provision of a carry cot was fab! We were met with a lovely welcome basket on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The house was bright, clean and a home from home for us. Lidl is just round the corner as well so we could get food and drink. A lovely stay for a group of friends and a wee one. We recommend staying here for anyone wanting time out of the city centre but with easy access to the shops and attractions.

This place was beautiful and it exceeded our expectations! We wanted a lovely and affordable sea side location and this just blew us away. It was walking distance from the sea and local shops, and not to mention the place itself was stunning! There was a big open plan kitchen diner with a huge garden with outdoor seating that had the pizza oven and open fire to use! The living room was perfect & the bedrooms were huge with very comfy beds and lots of storage. It was clean, sleek, modern yet homely and quirky! We all had the best time. Thank you so much.

Lovely flat. Very central to city centre. On a quiet road, so very peaceful. Furnished to a high standard. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in York.

Fantastic flat in a great location within easy walking distance of Peasholm Park and North Bay. Lots of great touches in this comfortable apartment and plenty of room for 2 x families of 4. Plenty of parking on the doorstep, just use the discs provided. Mark was a great host and so easy to contact. We'll definitely look to use again.

Anna's farmhouse apartment was just as it was described and looked on the photos. Clean, tidy, plenty big enough for our family of 4. It had everything we needed for our short break in York. Perfect out of town location with off road parking included so we could leave the car there and journey into and out of York each day using the park and ride bus number 59 only 15 min each way, so easy! Comfortable beds, with crisp clean linen for a restful sleep at the end of each day. Would recommend to anyone visiting York.

Perfect location, easy to walk to all the best spots in York. Beautiful, charming and spacious apartment for one or two people. I didn’t use the kitchen but it looked well equipped with ample counter space and seating. Bed was very comfy. Would stay here again

Lovely downstairs apartment, clean and modern and a perfect size for two adults and two small children. Great secure parking and around 20 minutes walk from York Minster, it’s a perfect base to explore the city for a few days. We will definitely return. The pictures don't do this amazing flat justice! The place was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. It's a 10 minute walk into the heart of the city centre. Alison was an amazing host and was extremely responsive and helpful, we couldn't recommend this highly enough.

The flat is much bigger and brighter than the pictures show, and the views from 3 sides of the accommodation a bonus. The flat is out off the main drag but only a 10 minute walk to the spa, and we were lucky to get free parking outside the flat for the entire stay. The flat was clean and had all that was needed to make it a comfortable break, with the added bonus of WiFi. Dean kindly allowed us to check in early, to make the most of the Easter weekend in Bridlington. Nice, bright, clean and cosy, thanks Dean for allowing us to stay in your flat 👍

Excellent weekend stay, apartment was super clean and tidy. We loved the fact it was dog friendly! The apartment is easily accessible and situated above a row of shops, I expected a little noise however it was very peaceful and quiet the whole weekend. The large bed was a little too soft for us to sleep on (but that is personal preference). There were snacks & milk left out for us which was great. Would stay again!

Just one night but a perfect one night. Mesmerising views over South Bay, never turned on the TV, the view was enough. Apartment was exceptional, everything you could need. Dined at India, just down Castle Road, and the food and service were both very good. Breakfast at The Lookout on the Pier, as per Andrea’s recommendation and that too was excellent.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Bridlington, beautiful apartment, clean and in a perfect location central to everything. James is an outstanding and accommodating host! We will only stay at James apartment when we come back to Bridlington. it was perfect! Thanks again!

The apartment was perfect for a friend and I visiting York to attend a play at the Theatre Royal. It would be difficult to beat the location and off-street secure parking was an added bonus too. Dagi and Chris were incredibly proactive in sending information and instructions before and during our stay to ensure that everything went well….and it did, so 5 stars all round.

We stayed with Alison and John for goth weekend in April 2025. The apartment is amazing, there was everything you could ever had needed plus a lovely welcome gift too. The heated mirror in the bathroom was a good surprise! The location was perfect for all the happenings at goth weekend. Would definitely stay again if lucky enough to find it empty 🖤

Absolutely beautiful place and would highly recommend. Deco and furnishings done to a very high standard. Clean throughout and all rooms are great sizes. Super comfy bed with high quality bedding. All mod/cons, everything you need for your stay. Will definitely return. The best AirB&B we have ever stayed in. Teresa the owner was very helpful, a superb host. A great Airbnb in York, the apartment was very well located and we enjoyed the short walk into York. So many great cafes, pubs and restaurants very near by. The apartment was super clean, the bed was comfy and it had a good shower!

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!
