A very cosy, comfortable cottage with well considered, stylish touches that made it a thoroughly delightful place to stay. The beds were very comfortable, with thick toppers, plentiful pillows and luxurious bedding. There was plenty of hot water, and a good shower. Susan was welcoming and proactively helpful - both in providing additional cookware for a particular recipe I wanted to make, and in sourcing a new firestick for the TV so we could access Netflix. All in all, a lovely and peaceful haven for our mini-break in Scotland.

It’s a lovely cottage in beautiful grounds. We were there for a week with our two kids (5.5 and 2.5) and it was great, they loved the cubby house at the back, scooting on the tennis court and the huge tubs of toys. The place was very comfortable, nice crockery and glasses in the kitchen, kitchen well stocked. Hot tub was ace. The location is fab, lots within 25 minute drive (Dunkeld/Hermitage, Adventure park, farm shops and walks). Not much walkable apart from a local stroll, but it’s incredibly peaceful when you’re there (2nd cottage next door). It would have felt small for multiple families, but it was very comfortable - great beds. We went in autumn which is a spectacular time of year to go. There were issues with the Netflix account and no firelighters which we struggled to source at shops - Georgina helped sort both which was appreciated and you have to be wary of the hot water in the house - it is scalding hot. An expensive place for size/what it is, but we had a wonderful week

The house was very homely and had all required amenities plus some extras such as cleaning products, toilet paper and some kitchen essentials. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful and we all felt right at home. The hot tub was a great addition. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Just home from a few days at The Firze and we had a fantastic, chilled out time as a family of 7 with 2 dogs. House is beautiful, spacious, clean, super comfy beds and well kitted out, a home from home. The surroundings are so peaceful with gorgeous views from the garden which we also enjoyed while sitting relaxing in the hot tub which was a huge hit with our 3 teens! Lovely walk nearby with the dogs and 3 of us took a tour around the local distillery which was really good. Would highly recommend and would def book again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Maggie’s cottage in Dunning is a true gem. The place is beautifully set up, with a cosy but clean feel. The garden and retro hot tub add another dimension and make this an unforgettable stay. We will be back! Thanks a lot

The whole family - 8 adults and 3 little ones - had a fabulous time here. Plenty of space, well equipped and lots to do. We were in the hot tub, trampolining, playing football and chipping golf balls in the very large, very well looked after grounds. We sat outside in the evening at the fire under lots of twinkly lights and even managed Easter Sunday lunch outside in the garden. The house is beautiful with various rooms to find peace or to get together to play games or watch films together. Overall an ideal property for time away with a group and not far from Tentsmuir Forest and Beach or from the lovely town of St Andrews. We will be back!

This is a luxurious and spacious accommodation with lots of natural light. Thoughtfully presented to a high standard. Great for parking and very peaceful with amazing views and lovely outdoor space. Would thoroughly recommend to family and friends. Ideal for visiting St Andrews and East Neuk of Fife. Lovely big kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware with huge fridge freezer and ice machine. Also lovely touch having mike, bread, biscuits and tea and coffee on arrival. Definitely be back.

A tranquil and lovely house that was immaculate inside. The kitchen area is spacious and very light and a great place to host a dinner party and play a few games. The bedrooms were all a nice size and the lounge was cosy and if you lit the fire it emitted plenty of heat for a smaller stove. The hot tub was lovely first thing in the morning or late in the evening. Only downsides were the ‘putting lawn’ was in disrepair so not useable and the pool table was also very tired but it didn’t detract from a wonderful weekend.

The house has everything you could ever need for you’re stay plenty of space for everyone and the terrace and garden were amazing to sit out in the sun and the fully enclosed garden gives you peace of mind when taking dogs and kids. Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful relaxing cottage in a very peaceful and convenient part of Scotland. Easy drive from the airport if you have satnav/ GPS. The furnishings and especially the bedding was of top quality, much better than you would expect in a rental unit. Very friendly, knowledgeable welcoming and responsive hosts. Beautiful walk through their farmland from the cottage, Libby came over to welcome us and ensure all was well. She brought two very friendly sheep dogs that work with them on the farm.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. 2 lady professionals traveling for work and this was a fabulous stop over. Quiet, super comfortable, safe and a lovely welcome hamper on arrival: Highly recommend. There is a lovely beach/woodland walk to stretch weary car travelled legs as well. Thanks Julie - hope to be back one day

We had a wonderful stay at Eileen's cosy cottage. It was perfect for our little family and dog. Lots of thoughtful little touches that made our stay so comfortable. The cottage is in a great location and our daughter loved watching the birds in the garden and the lambs on the farm! Eileen was so kind and thoughtful. We highly recommend this stay and hope to return again soon.

A fantastic cottage in the heart of Fife! Perfect for families or a small group of golfers. The cottage is centrally located to the St. Andrews, Ansruther, and Leven areas, with easy drives to the towns and their historic golf courses. It was clean, spacious enough for a couple of adults or a family, and Trevor & Carolyn were excellent hosts - always communicative and friendly. Highly recommend to friends for a weekend golf outing or families looking to soak in all that Fife has to offer.

We had an enjoyable weekend break in the Lookout at Pitmilly. Excellent standard of accommodation and facilities and a wonderful setting, convenient for exploring the Fife coast. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely two night stay - easy to find, clean cottage, wonderful grounds to explore, lots of great tips from Andrew in terms of things to look out for in the grounds, loved finding the wishing well! The cocker spaniel puppy was a lovely surprise bonus!
