We were looking for a nice, comfortable and quiet place we could vacation with our dog. Luckily we found Perry Cottage which had all the accommodations we could possibly need. Everything was just as described and our stay was all around perfect!

This home was by far one of the best I have stayed in. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, and private. The house was also equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. 10 out of 10 recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was super clean and even bigger than it looks in the pictures. The hosts were great communicators, and even allowed us an early check in. We will definitely stay again!

Tim and Julie had a beautiful home. Very clean and very spacious. I’d recommend checking to make sure pool is open prior to arriving, if you are traveling during their transition months (April/May). Tim was very helpful and came to open the pool for us during our stay so the kids could enjoy it. Kitchen was stocked well and the kids enjoyed the game room. Beds were very comfy and it was wonderful to have the washer and dryer. Great for a family vacation!

Loved the layout of this home, very functional. All the appliances worked great, which is important to us because we like to cook! Really appreciated the comfortable beds and quiet nighttime neighborhood; made for wonderful sleep. Very safe and walkable area. It’s just a short drive to downtown. We are walkers so would drive the 1.5 miles to the Wahoo Stadium which is on Pensacola Bay, and walk along the water. There’s also a nice new park and little beach there; Bruce Pool Beach. We very much enjoyed our month stay!!

I think what makes a review worthwhile is that you have a host who communicates VERY WELL! I don’t know how many times I had to reach out to Gabriel with questions but I can truly appreciate his speedy responses! The house was in great shape and fully stocked with the things we needed for our time there. The only thing that I feel could be improved was just the amount of sweeping before guest arrival. My kiddos have bad allergies and the floors weren’t as tended to as I would have liked, but we got it under control with the cleaning supplies that were provided. I will definitely be booking again in the near future, we truly enjoyed our stay! Thanks Gabriel!

Amazing place for a couple get away. Both Angelina and Robert were awesome with providing me with some amazing and fun places to check out.

Stayed in Pensacola for the weekend of the Crawfish Festival with another couple. The home is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable!! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and necessities to make the weekend easy. Spent time in the lovely shaded backyard, on the front porch each morning with coffee in rocking chairs, and in the cozy living room. Walked to the festival each day. It was a 1.7 mile walk each way, on sidewalks, through the historic area until we got to Palafox St, where we enjoyed restaurants, bars, and beautiful architecture. Location of the home is wonderful, and it is very well suited for 2 couples travelling together.

This was my first time in Florida and I’m happy we stayed here! It’s a great location between beaches and a national park!!

When my daughter owned the door, she simply had one word, “Wow”. It is a beautiful place. The master bedroom and bath are spacious to say the least. There is plenty of room in the kitchen. Very clean. My wife, and our girls love to spend time in the hot tub after a day at the beach. The location is highly convenient. Publix and the Walmart grocery are within 2 miles. A couple of ice cream shops within two miles. All that is enough, but you also have a lady, Cynthia, that has the answers to all your questions, and she is local. You can also message Tony, and you will get a response. I do enjoy the view on the 17th floor, and the elevators are quick, so there is no disadvantage to the higher floors. We will certainly stay again if we come to Orange Beach again.

Lisa's place was in a perfect location to explore Pensacola, a shorte walk to historic downtown and the waterfront. It was in a nice historic neighborhood, with easy, on-street parking. The apartment was in the second floor of a historic, Victorian home, with another Airbnb rental across the hall, accessed by a steep, narrow flight of stairs. The space was large, with a really comfortable bed. It's not a true 1-bedroom apartment; the bed is in the same room as the living area. It was quiet and peaceful and stress-free. We enjoyed our stay.
