A comfy and very scenic apartment, ideally situated with a short walk to the town. The apartment was well equipped and we very soon felt at home.

Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

A lovely quiet place to stay in Cornwall that was still within short driving distance to plenty of options. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable and easy stay. The hosts were welcoming. Would recommend!

Great apartment, very clean and spacious. Everything you need is there and it’s really close to the town centre and all of the beaches. This is the second time we have stayed and we will hopefully return in 2023.

Great place to stay. The welcome from the reception team was very warm and friendly. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and was cosy and comfortable. It was a chilly day when we arrived and it was so nice to walk into a warm room! Everything was clean and fresh, the view across the lake was lovely and it was quiet and peaceful. Check out was very straightforward and quick. I would definitely recommend this place.

Niloo’s apartment was gorgeous with a stunning view a stone’s throw away from a beautiful beach and within easy walkable reach from Falmouths centre. The apartment was spotless and with everything we could have asked for and more. We would 100% recommend.

We stayed at Neil's place in Newquay, Cornwall, and it was absolutely fantastic! Initially, we spoke to Neil, but Steve, the manager, took over and made the process seamless. We booked this last-minute stay on New Year’s Eve for the same night, and they were incredibly accommodating to make it happen for us. The apartment was pristine, luxurious, and in an amazing location with stunning views. Watching the NYE fireworks over the harbour from our balcony was such a special treat. It truly felt like a home away from home. We usually stay in Perranporth, but this place has now become our new favourite. It completely trumps our previous go-to! We can’t wait to come back again and highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much, Neil and Steve, for making this New Year’s our best in a long time! Craig

If you’re looking for a peaceful comfortable retreat by the sea, Nicola’s flat is the place for you Beautifully decorated, with a well equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed, a lovely view of the bay and quiet peaceful surroundings, I cannot recommend it highly enough Add to that the little touches like motion sensor night lights, binoculars for guests use , plenty of handy plugs for working and a thoughtful 2 litre bottle of milk in the fridge on arrival . Free to use ( with arrangement - the pool and gym in the hotel next door , and great communication from Nicola . Would definitely stay again .

We had a wonderful time at Liz & Dave’s place. The apartment is clean & spacious, the views are spectacular, comfortable bedding, lovely layout for a family. We made great use of the spa facilities & board games when the weather was wet. Location excellent. Would highly recommend & would love to stay again!

Great, comfy and clean space. Used as a weekend hub to explore Cornwall and was perfect for us. Walking distance to Falmouth and Pendennis point was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for more! Flat was modern and to a very high standard.

We booked this stay last minute and we were happy to find such a nice place. It's 15 minutes walk from railway station. Easy check in with clear instructions. Place was clean and well maintained. They have provided necessary equipments in kitchen and useful things for baby such as high chair and cot. Toys for baby were really nice touch. Also, it had a great view from balcony. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend this place.

Spacious place and quick responses — highly recommended.

We had a lovely few days over Xmas and new year the apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed with a teenager toddler and dog . The location was fab and close to the town and beaches and my teenager and I loved popping down for a swim and gym every evening !

Apartment was easy to find, and is a short walk into the town centre and the beach. Allocated carparking was handy, and the allocated time slots to book the use of the pool meant we had exclusive use, which was really great. Gym facilities are basic, but a nice to have! Overall, really great stay.

It is a lovely property with a short walk to the centre of the village for the shops or pubs. The hosts were lovely and were helpful with a slightly more complicated than usual situation, we were staying on from a booking that someone else had done and then having other people join us. We will be back

The Lodge was way above expectations despite the great reviews it already had. We were 6 adults & 2 young children- the bedrooms were perfect, roomy with ensuites- a real treat. The upstairs lounge was a kids dream with the Wendy house & sooo many toys. The Christmas tree was a fabulous bonus & made our celebrations perfect. The hot tub was brilliant & well used by us all- it was great knowing how clean & well maintained it was. The Lodge itself we could not fault. The resort itself is somewhat tired & in need of a bit of tlc. Understandably mid winter not all activities were available & we expected this but did feel that the pool facilities which we used needed maintenance. We did not expect the bar staff to be too inebriated to serve us the one evening we decided to pop up to the bar!! Other than that top marks - a long awaited family holiday that we will remember with joy. The only let down was the non-return of a left behind item that should have been easily located.

Eastholme is a beautiful, modern property, set back from the road and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Ideally located for the beach, Eastholme is a fantastic base from which to explore Trevone. The interior of the property was modern but felt like a home from home

Fabulous time at Kate and Simon’s. Lovely house in a great location. All amenities you might need to make the stay homely (even managed to successfully cook an Easter roast dinner in the kitchen). Messages beforehand were informative about the local area and very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Added treats on arrival were greatly appreciated. We had a fabulous stay and really enjoyed the extra touches.

The accommodation was a great find, located in a super holiday village. Very clean and spotless when we arrived with super touches of homeliness. It was peaceful and relaxing with all the amenities on your doorstep. A lovely place to chill or entertain the family. The accommodation is packed with everything you could need for entertaining, picnicking or eating in.Very comfortable bedrooms and a super shower. The leisure centre had a full timetable of classes and also a fully stocked gym and decently sized swimming pool. Jodie was excellent communicating with us during our stay checking that we were happy with everything. Definitely booking again very soon. A great location for exploring the beaches and sun spots. Padstow, St Austell and even St Ives (n by train) were in easy reach.

Overall the house was really nice and the stay was pleasant. However the only thing which I would recommend the host to consider is to provide at least bare minimal basic amenities in the house for the guests e.g. refreshments,extra blankets.

One of the best places we’ve stayed. The house was brilliantly equipped and beautifully put together. The site has loads to stuff to entertain kids and great dog walks. The hosts, Anthony and Alison, were very kind and responsive, even over Christmas. We highly recommend this property and we would love to return in the summer.
