Richard was an amazing host from the outset, really helpful and responsive. Regular communication from the time of booking to checking out, and met us at the property to welcome us and show us around. A lovely quiet place to stay in Cornwall that was still within short driving distance to plenty of options. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable and easy stay. The hosts were welcoming. Would recommend!

Me and my partner were down for a powerlifting competition for the weekend and crispians spot was the perfect location as it was less then a 10 minute walk to the gym that I needed to go to. The Airbnb itself was lovely, had everything we needed, place was spotless, bed was comfy, felt like a nice homely Airbnb. Would most likely stay here again if we came to st Ives again

Excellent flat in secure development within 2 minutes walk to the bustle of Falmouth. Svenja and her friend Frejya were really helpful. The flat was quiet, very comfortable and well equipped, with a cream tea on arrival! Unfortunately we couldn’t stay as long as planned due to an illness. Svenja could not have been more helpful and sympathetic in ensuring that we had nothing to worry about regarding leaving the flat. We would definitely like to visit again and stay here.

We- a large multi generational family group - have just had a fantastic week at Trevassack House. The facilities within the property are fantastic and we wanted for nothing, there was plenty of space for us all to congregate OR have quite space. The addition of the hot tub was the icing on the cake 😊 and well worth booking to use while staying there. Matthew and Catherine are fantastic hosts who always answered promptly if we had any questions and were really helpful. I can't recommend Trevassack House highly enough if you're after a peaceful stay in west Cornwall, with plenty of charm and space, in beautiful surroundings ❤️🙏✨

The lodge was in a beautiful setting, perfect for families, a lovely safe environment. The accommodation itself was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean, the bathrooms were lovely, with towels and toiletries included. Upstairs was particularly spacious with amazing views. The hosts kindly provided us with initial provisions, like tea and coffee. It’s a great base to explore the surrounding area, and a lovely space to return to. I would definitely recommend this beautiful holiday home, and would return with my family.

The minute we arrived and saw the five bar gate we knew we were in the right place. The house is located off a narrow road sitting on a large plot surrounded by fields where rabbits eat and play. Once in you are surprised by the size of the house, it has two good size bedrooms and two good size bathrooms. The main lounge-kitchen-dining area is huge with a high roof and doors off each side for al fresco dining should you wish. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need. There is a large dining table and a comfortable seating area where there is a wall mounted television. Coastal walks start very close to the house. Head west to the coastal watch station and onto Chapel beach and beyond. Turn east and you are soon at St Agnes and its swimming beach. We really enjoyed our stay in the Old Blockyard. It is a wonderful property in a fantastic location. Quiet enough if you want this, but close to all that Cornwall has to offer.

A lovely little home perfect for a family or a group of friends. Kind hosts and great location, we'd definitely come back!

We had a lovely week at ‘The Little House’. The house was clean and tidy, and we couldn’t fault anything. Ben and Jemma were helpful hosts and responded quickly to questions. It was ideal having access to the electric car charger that Ben made available when needed. We would recommend this property to others without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at Elizabeth’s place, it was cosy and beautiful. It was easy to check in and had everything you need inside the property.

We had a brilliant family holiday here in Oct half term. Brilliant location so close to the beach and the costal paths, very convenient for Falmouth. The pool, sauna and hot tub are great and the kids had the best time. The apartment is compact but had everything we needed. Melanie gave lots of useful info before we arrived. We will be coming back.

Traumhafte Wohnung direkt am Strand. Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen wobei die Stadt eigentlich schon nach ca. 200m mit den ersten Restaurants und Geschäften beginnt. Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung (2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager). Die ausklappbaren Sessel waren mit den Toppern sehr bequem. Eine kleine Terrasse lädt zum abendlichen Rotwein ein. Parkplatz ist geschützt im Innenhof der Anlage. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Newquay war die und der ideale Platz um zum einen zu baden und zum anderen Cornwall zu erkunden. A spacious and comfortable apartment with well equipped kitchen, handy for trips into Falmouth and exploration of Cornwall.

This flat was conveniently located, very comfortable, clean and safe. A welcoming bottle of wine was much appreciated as well as the washer/dryer combo. As Americans we were a bit challenged with the electric and appliances but that was our issue. All the manuals were supplied and Col a phone call away. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer to see more of beautiful Cornwall. Also loved the decor with so many canine references!

The location is close to railway station. Just a short walk I will catch the bus. Rob quickly responds to every message. The place is clean, everything there is in highest standard I never met with other hosts. If I plan to visit Cornwall in future, I have no question to book Rob’s house again.

Harry is the best possible kind of host. He’s friendly, very responsive and extremely communicative. His apartment is beautiful and very easy to use. The ONLY drawback that I have is nothing to do with Harry - the neighbourhood itself is a very private and quiet village and we were given a list in the lift requesting that we be very quiet. Aside from that - Harry is amazing and you will not find a better host. Thank you Harry!

Thank you Melanie and Dave for a wonderful week in your apartment. The decor was tasteful and in keeping with the environment. The apartment had all the things you need and more. The welcome pack was a nice addition. Your instructions and guidance on the facilities and area were really useful. We had a fab week and enjoyed a boat trip, pendennis castle, trebah gardens and ate the most amazing fish lunch at Hooked on the Rocks. We wish we could bring the apartments view home with us!
