Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

This cabin is full of comforts, convenience, and love. Just miles from Horseneck Beach. It is located under a mile to Buzzards Bay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery and a 5 minute walk to the quiet little neighborhoods private beach on the East Branch of the Westport River. Koselig embodies feelings of family, friends, warmth, love, coziness, contentment, and comfort. Welcome to Main Street on the Park! The morning sun will greet you in the bright apartment in our big white house with a yellow front door. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a convenient place to stay if you are in the area for business. A large fenced yard abuts a public park complete with tennis courts, track and walking trail. Explore our small town with a big history, visit its historic buildings, great restaurants and unique shops. The location is convenient to all of the South Coast.

Land + Sea - a country coastal retreat

Land + Sea is an 1890s farmhouse in the Head of Westport neighborhood, just a few minutes walk to the East Branch of the Westport River. Spend the days kayaking nearby or at nearby beaches, then come back to rinse off in the outdoor shower. Close to Buzzard Bay Brewing, Westport Rivers Winery, farmstands, dairies, cycling loops, galleries/studios and conservation areas. Prepare local foods in the chef's kitchen or on the grill. A comfy pull-out sofa is an option for overnight guests.

There is a private entrance plus a slider out to the patio (yours during your visit), with our expansive gardens. You'll be left a small continental breakfast, coffee/tea, as well as some of our veggie harvest when available..
