Beautiful Guest House with private entrance

We are located right off the hwy18 , in the dessert knolls area. We are a couple of blocks away from St. Mary’s Hospital and very close to a bus stop Also in close access to Japanese and Chinese restaurant, Subway, Little Caesars, Jack in the Box ,and El Pollo Loco, there’s also a Mexican restaurant and poki bar just walking distance away, Walmart and Super Target Costco are only a 3 miles drive on hwy18. My guest house is over 400 squares feet with private entrance. Neighbor is nice and quiet.

Both bedrooms downstairs have their own private entrance. Overall this is a very open property minus the garage and one small storage room inside the office room.
