Spend your morning walking over two miles of private trails (when open) throughout the property and enjoy evenings sitting around the fire pit. Hate cleaning fees? Us too, so we've decided to eliminate it for our rentals-just please clean up after yourselves. Dog friendly with a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE fee. Dog must be noted on your reservation.

Over 2 miles of wooded trails on property for guest use. 15-20 min walk through woods trails (part of this walk is on a hill) to access Rockfish River.

I’m located 6 miles from Scottsville, 15 miles from Charlottesville, 25-30 minute drive. A pasture of cattle is not too far away you can hear the mooing at times and see sightings of deer quite often. It’s a private and quiet location. Two large rivers, James and Rivanna offer recreational activities. Rustic cabin, country located. Clean and cozy with a well stocked kitchen with all your cooking needs. This property is 23 miles South of Charlottesville and 41 miles North of Lynchburg. Only 12 miles to historical Walton's Mountain.

The Carriage House at Stagebridge Farm

Recently constructed, the Carriage House is bright and airy, and is conveniently located close to nearby wineries, cideries and the Virginia Distillery Company. The Stable

Our guesthouse is located in the historic Tree Streets Neighborhood of Waynesboro, VA, an official Appalachian Trail town, located at the southern end of the Shenandoah National Park. We've aptly named the guesthouse "The Stable" because it was originally built and functioned as a stable. It has since been converted into a cozy cottage for guests.
