We really enjoyed our time in Viareggio and this apartment was perfect for us! We stayed with the baby and Giovanni and Francesca made sure that we have everything we need for the baby. We would stay again and I highly recommend this place!

Die Aussicht vom Balkon, dem Schlafzimmer und dem Esszimmer ist wunderschön. Der Garten ist sehr toll gestaltet und hat sogar einen Pingpongtisch. Es ist sehr ruhig und 5min vom Meer entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und sehr wohlgefühlt, Iwona hat uns begrüsst und war sehr nett und sympathisch, wir kommen gerne wieder. Es war das sauberste Airbnb, in dem wir je waren. Der Privatstrand ist einfach zu erreichen, jedoch darf man kein Sandstrand erwarten und leider war die Treppe im April wegmontiert, sodass man nicht baden konnte.

Piccolo appartamento situato a 10 minuti dalle mura di Lucca. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone e ci siamo trovati a vero bene. Nella casa troverete ogni confort necessario, diversi asciugamani ,kit per igiene personale. Vanessa è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile,ci ha fornito molte informazioni riguardanti la città,ci ha cambiato check in e out con orari migliori. Consiglio a tutti questa casa,se dovessi tornare a Lucca ripasserò da Vanessa al Lucca in!

This apartment was one of the best places we stayed in all of Europe. It was impecable'y clean and pertfect in evry way imaginable. You could not ask for anything more than the amenities they provided. The locations was outstanding, close to everything, very walakable, and easy to ingress and egress. The bedroom was great, mattress very comfortwble for us, and me who suffers from low back pain. It was very good all around. You could not ask for more than they provide. If there were 10 stars they would get eleven!

This place felt like home. You are within a villa which has lovely gardens to enjoy and strategically placed art to ponder. There is parking across the street if you have a car or a bus stop if you rather backpack your way around. We experienced both and each was a viable option. The air conditioning was very good, and there was ceiling fans which was a bonus. The wifi worked and was very useful. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The location is just outside Lucca and perfect if you want to stay away from any crowds but also close enough to get to a lot of hot spots when desired. You get a local experience here…a bit of a time piece which is beautiful in itself. The host (Maria) was a delightful lady that provided much help and assistance as needed. We stayed for a month would have stayed longer if we could. I would definitely recommend this home in a heartbeat. Enjoy Italy 🇮🇹 🙏

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren vor vielen Jahren schon einmal dort und es hat uns genauso gut gefallen wie damals. Die Aussicht ist einmalig. Bruno ist super und hat uns sehr gut betreut während des Aufenthalts. Auch die Tips von Paolo waren sehr hilfreich. Verpasst nicht während des Sonnenuntergangs durch die Olivenhaine hinter dem Haus zu spazieren. Wir kommen wieder.

Fint och rymligt boende nära stad och strand. Paolo var en trevlig värd som var lätt att ha att göra med.

Linda is a great host and was very helpful with information about the area which made our stay so much better, enabling us to get into Florence easily. The view from the property was beautiful and we could see San Casciano on the hill top. We loved watching the hot air balloons float in the mornings, as the mist cleared from the trees, and had lots of amazing photo opportunities. The place was very quiet, a few hundred metres down a gravel track, well away from any main roads. The kitchen was well equipped with good pots and pans, chopping boards, sharp knives, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster etc.

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

Ottima soluzione per un weekend di relax e degustazione di vini! Host simpatici gentili e disponibili. L’appartamento molto carino e pulito, riscaldamento funzionante e coperte calde! Siamo state bene. Se posso dare un consiglio: i cuscini sono parecchio duri, non comodissimi ecco, inoltre la porta “chiusa a chiave” in soggiorno non ci dava molta tranquillità.. ma tutto sommato ottimo soggiorno!! :)

A bit far of the train station if you walk from there. Host was incredible, nice recommendation and help us when the check out arrive for our transfer to the train station.

Logement très fonctionnel et très bien placé pour se rendre à la spezia, notamment grâce à l’arrêt de bus à 1 min à pied. Enrico et Marina sont très réactifs et aimables, et nous ont laissé plein de petites attentions. Ça donne envie de rester plus longtemps ! Je recommande à 100%

5 stars isn’t enough for how amazing and perfect Serena’s place was. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We never met Serena but we had the pleasure of meeting Concetta twice and she was very lovely and went out of her way to drive us to and from town (not a long walk but with our bags it was a bit farther then I wanted to walk 😅). But the apartment was wonderful - especially the bathtub! We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend to everyone! If you’re lucky enough that this place is available for your dates, do not hesitate - book now!!!

Stayed at Andrea's condo for a month, and can't say enough abut how great it was. Well-furnished kitchen, super clean overall, and just a mere 10 minute bike ride ( I rented a bike down the road for the month) to the Lucca wall, the train station, and the Coop supermarket. There is a great bakery (Forno Ghilardi), a butcher, and Trattoria "Da Ildo" less than 10 minutes walk. Cycling into the nearby hills a visiting the outlying villages was great, and the locals are very cycling friendly. Lucca itself has so much to offer in terms of cuisine, the arts, and sights, and even though it is a tourism mecca, it has to be one of the friendliest cities I've ever visited. For down time, my favorite thing was gilling in the yard at Andrea's place and enjoying dinner al fresco in a quiet neighborhood with views of the surrounding mountains and meadows. I can't recall why I chose Lucca in the first place, but staying at Andrea's was definitely the right choice, and I will come back.

Apartament położony bardzo blisko lotniska około 10 minut na nogach. Mimo takiego położenia jest cicho i spokojnie. Do dworca kolejowego też około 10 minut. Bardzo blisko sklep i kawiarnia. Mieszkanie położone jest z tyłu domu, nie słychać żadnych odgłosów z ulicy. Przy domu jest przystanek autobusowy. Mieliśmy bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Przysłał nam filmik jak możemy dostać się do mieszkania. W dniu wylotu mogliśmy bez problemu zostawić rzeczy. Polecamy ten apartament w Pizie. Monika i Janusz

De host Marco is fantastisch. Zeer behulpzaam. We hadden een gezondheidsdingetje en Marco is toen 's avonds direct iets voor ons gaan halen (we mochten hem niet betalen hiervoor). Het appartement is ruim en licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel goed bed en groot terras met alle privacy. Het appartement ligt heerlijk rustig. We hadden helaas slecht weer waardoor we minder hebben kunnen genieten van alles.

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 week stay in Helene’s apartment! It was well located and easy to get to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. It was also well located for day trips throughout Tuscany - by train and through private tours we booked. Helene was very responsive throughout the entire process. Tania coordinated the details for our arrival. Nicole met us and gave us a quick tour of the apartment as well as recommendations for grocery stores and sightseeing. She was also very responsive to needs and questions we had throughout our stay. We found it to be a very relaxing and inviting place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Lucca. Grazie Mille to Helene, Tania and Nicole!

Аренда была на две ночи. Спасибо огромное хозяевам этого прекрасного дома за создание комфортной атмосферы для отдыха! Квартира красивая, интересно оформлена, большая, светлая, чистая, на втором этаже, вход отдельный. Можно арендовать для большой семьи или нескольким семьям, есть дополнительные комнаты. Приятный запах помещения. Всё продумано. Удобная большая двуспальная кровать, постельное белье, тумбочки с ночниками, телевизор, шкаф. Кухня огромная. Вся необходимая посуда. Санузел большой, чистый. Полотенца, средства гигиены. Душ с ванной. Парковка удобная рядом с домом. Несколько минут до пекарни, где готовят прямо при вас невероятно вкусный хлеб и пиццу, продукты свежие. Люди отзывчивые. Очень приятная атмосфера! Очень свежий воздух!

Het ziet er nog mooier uit dan op de foto's, met name savonds echt prachtig met de sfeervolle verlichting en het zwembad de mooie bloemen en het groene gras. Overdag kijk je hier ook op uit en beneden zie je dan het paard, pony, ezel en geit samen rond lopen in de wei. Diverse plaatsen om lekker te zitten of te eten, ieder heeft eigen meubelset met parasol bij het zwembad. De familie onderhoud alles perfect en zijn altijd vriendelijk en als er wat is behulpzaam. Er is zelfs een tafeltennis en voetbaltafel aanwezig. We zullen nog lang met plezier op ons verblijf terugkijken en wie weet komen we nog eens terug.

Ottima posizione nella via dello shopping, a due passi dal mare. Appartamento splendido, moderno e pulito. Letto comodissimo, doccia top in cui ti puoi sedere e rilassarti con 3 getti d'acqua e idromassaggio in balcone. Istruzioni chiare e privacy, ma senza essere lasciati da solo in caso di problemi. Voglio tornarci! ❤️

Gianmarco is one of the nicest host we ever met. Everything was absolutely perfect. The place is amazing, there is so much to do around and Gianmarco’s home is near Firenze, Pisa and Sienna that we have all visited. We came with our 20 month old son who also loved the place! Our only regret is not having brought our extended family with us because I am sure that everyone would have felt at home. The apartment was simply impeccably clean and very pleasant to live in despite the heat. I highly recommend this place and as promised to Gianmarco we will definitely come back as soon as possible!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier. Es ist einfach großartig nach einem wundervollen Tag in Lucca in den heißen Whirlpool zu steigen. Die Terrasse ist unschlagbar. Es ist alles so gemütlich und ästhetisch eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich gleich super wohl. Mit Emily funktioniert die Kommunikation super gut. Man ist schnell in der Stadt bzw. an der Stadtmauer, um mit dem Hund zu laufen. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Great location, clean and spacious apartment. Wonderful restaurant recommendations too. Highly recommend.
