And unusually for Lyme Regis it has Its own private allocated parking space which is located just 5 minutes away. Note that this is an old property spread over three floors with tight staircases and sloping floors that can not accommodate stairgates and therefore not suitable for toddlers or those who struggle with stairs.

The apartment has amazing views from the decking overlooking Looe River. It is a short walk on the road to get to the pavement that leads you into the town centre and beaches.. Also within walking distance to the train station , this is a very beautiful scenic route by train that takes you to liskeard and connects to the main line.
