The house has a total area of 46 sq.m. and includes a kitchen, one bathroom, and two bedrooms. One bedroom features a sofa bed with an additional pull-out bed, while the other has a double bed. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children. The private balcony offers a stunning view of the sea.

Frantato is right in the middle of Ikaria, so great to explore the island in all directions. You will need a car or a scooter to get around. The house is perfect for 2 people.

The house is a unique architectural mansion of Ikaria, which for 120 years captivates visitors due to the elaborate murals that adorn its interior and its history. Built in 1897 by a wholesale merchant of the time, still remains an architectural gem in the heart of Evdilos. Located on the most romantic paved old pedestrian street of the village, is 5min walking to the port, near marina's taverns and cafes and to "Spasmata" beach.
