Both Megan and Scott were great host. Always responsive to questions and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The house was fabulous and the surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. We had a big storm come through but with the safe room and generator - it’s was no problem. We appreciate having a place like this to feel at home while visiting my son in college. Thank you x100 Megan and Scott for your hospitality!!!!!

Absolutely, hands down, the best property I have stayed at - the home is brand new, beautifully decorated and appointed, quiet and peaceful surroundings - I extended my stay 3 times as it was just too hard to leave. Brent was wonderful to work with and I can't wait to be back! Magical!

Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend!! Julie was on top of it and very helpful! The property was beautiful and a lot of fun with a lot to do. I honestly don’t even have the words to accurately express how amazing this place is, so let’s just try to start at the beginning. From before check-in all the way through checkout, the communication with Micah was fantastic. Every single question was answered quickly and kindly. Check-in was quick and easy. From the moment you step into the home, you feel at ease. The house was so clean! Not a speck of dirt anywhere, and that is not an exaggeration. But really, the star of this home is the backyard. We lounged by the pool and in the hot tub, our son played for hours in the pool (literally), and we used the grill every night to cook dinner. Even with all the amenities of Carlton Landing, we could have never left the home and been content. I also loved the upstairs screened-in porch overlooking the park. This was so relaxing and peaceful. I could not have asked for a better place for a weekend getaway, and we can’t wait to stay again!

The house was in a great location! It was very darling, our kids loved all the little elements like the reading nook and especially the bunk beds. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed for the season which we wish had been made clear in the listing as the only other pool open over spring break was at max capacity.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect— We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great visit to Carlton Landing. This space was perfect for our two families. We relaxed, sat on the porch, sat around the fire, walked to the restaurants and the community space, and felt like we were on a luxury vacation right on Eufala Lake.

Our group stayed for a reading retreat and it was the perfect spot! Beautiful and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. We stayed on a particularly cold weekend and had to cut our stay short due to the pipes freezing but Lindsay responded quickly and gave us the option to move to another location. She was very accommodating and we would definitely stay here again!
