Ideally located, in the heart of the old Cascais village. Very peaceful and cosy, 5 minutes walk to the beach and Marina. A fantástica vista do terraço e a luz que entra em toda a casa são os melhores aspectos deste apartamento. Apesar de se encontrar perto do centro de Cascais (com restaurantes, bares e supermercado na zona) este apartamento é extremamente sossegado. A marina, onde tem a oferta de mergulho ou pesca desportiva esta a 5 minutos a pé. Campos de golfe, ténis e padel a 5 minutos de carro. Estação de comboio para Lisboa e bus para Sintra a 5 minutos a pé.

A casa está situada a 700 m da praia num bairro residencial sossegado. Tem uma grande varanda sobre o vale em frente e com vista para o mar. No piso inferior encontra-se a sala de estar com 40 m2 com lareira, um quarto com casa de banho e uma cozinha. No piso superior um quarto em suite com casa de banho, um segundo quarto com 2 camas e um terceiro quarto com uma cama individual e outra cama por baixo da primeira. Os dois últimos quartos dispõem de uma casa de banho comum. O jardim é vedado A casa tem um abrigo para um carro e há sempre lugares para parqueamento grátis na rua. O meu espaço é bom para famílias (com crianças). It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas.
