Dennis’s proactive communication left me with no questions preparing for our stay. He provided helpful and clear information. The place was wonderful, very clean, great location. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in the area.

We had such a great time. Cindy's condo was perfect for the two of us. Estero Beach was our favorite beach from the whole vacation, and what was best it was right outside!! We found so many shells,and saw dolphins. It's a great place to stay. Cindy was always just a text away,and responded right away. We would definitely stay there again!

Short walk to beach. Large pool. Clean condo and surroundings. Kitchen equipped with plenty of dishes etc. They also had beach towels, wagon, chairs for the beach since we flew here. Would stay here again!

Thomas was a wonderful host! He was quick to respond and gave wonderful suggestions for things to do and see on the island. The condo was clean and spacious and the location is convenient to the restaurants and shopping. The ocean view was amazing!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Beach View Getaway at Gullwing Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, Lisa proved to be the best host anyone could ask for. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating, ensuring that our every need was met promptly and efficiently. The property itself exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a perfect home away from home. There was construction still going on but that didn’t stop the overall charm of the condo, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment. We had an opportunity to stay at Michelle's incredible condo over spring break (3 adults and 2 young kids). The pictures do not do it justice - the condo is best described as beachy-chic. It is immaculate, the location is wonderful, and Michelle is an incredibly kind and gracious hostess. The proximity to the beach is wonderful - and they have so much fun equipment. Our kiddos also really loved the pool!! We had a wonderful time and will be back for sure!

We had a great stay in the condo. Very close to Lovers Key and the views are just superb. Condo has everything you need. The beach is a bit of a walk but still very nice. We stayed with two children and had plenty of space.

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Nancy was very communicative from the start. Her space was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being a two minute walk to the beach without having to cross over any major roads.

We stayed at Lisa's place for 5 nights and it was perfect for my husband, me, and our daughter! It is clean, quiet, in a great location, with all the amenities you need. Very close to gorgeous beaches. Lisa was proactive with communication and gave us the information we needed to just relax and enjoy.

Very nice home- like atmosphere! Quiet, great bed and bedding. Tanya is extremely quick to respond and was very helpful. We would happily recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful home and Cynthia was very friendly and responsive! It was the perfect location for our dog show and it and she was very accommodating of our dogs and even had a crib for my five month old daughter. ❤️

Our condo was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We enjoyed direct beach access and a good choice of restaurants within a mile. We would have liked a few storage containers and maybe some foil and plastic wrap in the kitchen. Great place!

We had another amazing stay on Sanibel Island and loved this condo! Very well stocked kitchen. Large screened in lanai (larger than prior condos we have stayed at) plus it has direct views of the ocean which was incredible especially while drinking your morning coffee. We loved that the beach chairs and other beach items were in a locked closet outside of the condo on ground floor making it easy to bring to the beach. Speaking of which… beach is an easy walk over a beautiful walkway. Responsive communication with the host. Would highly recommend! Thank you for an awesome stay!

Judy and Tom’s place was perfect for us. Exactly as pictured. Super walkable to restaurants, 7-Eleven, the pier/beach. Gorgeous area. Close, dedicated parking spot. Right be the pool. So easy and peaceful. Would love to come back! Great for couples or a quiet girls trip. Highly recommend the Tiki Boat Tours as well (walking distance).

Great condo in a great location.

If you are considering Island Too for your next vacation, don’t hesitate and book it! The place is gorgeous with such attention to detail. The views of the Gulf were absolutely breath taking. We loved spending our evening on the balcony couch watching the sunset. The building itself is located on the south side of Fort Meyers beach which is great because it’s quiet yet just a short bike ride or car ride to more of the action. We used the building bikes every morning and enjoyed stopping at the MoJoe’s food truck for coffee and breakfast. Overall, it was a wonderful time and we would definitely love to come back and stay here again!

I can’t list all the great things about our stay. Top of the list is an epic location, modern remodeled condo, quiet and peaceful complex and an outstanding host. We booked a last minute stay with Avery and he got us set up immediately. The private parking space was huge and having beach equipment made the one block jaunt to the gorgeous beach easy. Couldn’t have been better. We were a family of 5 and had enough space to spread out. We even extended our stay-it was that good. Avery responded in minutes with any inquiry.
