A very nice location with a beautiful view. Place is well kept and the host is friendly and responsive. He was very flexible with check in and check out timings too. The only issue I had was a bad stench which was off putting. Hope Mr Nandan fixes it soon. I would definitely recommend this place

We stayed for 8 nights here. Every day, we found something new to keep us involved. Kayaking, badminton, cycling, driving the scooty to ride the ferry, sitting on the beach for hours and watching the sunset. There are limited options for vegetarian food around but we found some good places. The host also suggested local places to visit, loaned us his personal scooty to ride around the town, and visited us to show us where everything is kept. It was hot, very hot, there but the place just calmed us down. You can walk on the grass barefoot or enjoy the swings or just watch the birds flying over the lake. The host is very helpful and makes you feel right at home.

I'd visited Dileep's property with my parents for our vacation. The place was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The area is well connected, offering guests privacy and a backwater view. The property is well-connected, with restaurants nearby. Our Uber was able to find us easily without any added instructions from our end. The place was clean, quiet, and worth a visit!

The place was exactly as described and filled with complete with extra complementary beverages and snacks in and out the pantry. Peaceful place that is rich with greenery and the Chalakudy river by the walking distance from the house was a rich experience for us as a family. Ajith Sir was there throughout attending to our needs and request with kind manner. Overall, the place was calm, peaceful with greeneries and the people in it. Will return again soon!

Staying at Raghav’s villa was an absolute delight! The place is beautifully rustic, offering a remote and peaceful retreat. The large yard, filled with towering trees, creates a stunning natural canopy, making it a perfect spot to relax. One of the highlights is the river right in front of the house, offering breathtaking views of the Chinese fishing nets—truly a mesmerizing sight! The yard is filled with mango and other large trees, and the swing hanging from one of them adds a charming touch. For recreation, there’s a bicycle and even a basketball court, making it a great place to unwind and stay active. The location is also fantastic—not too far from the city, yet secluded enough to feel like an escape. Overall, an amazing stay, and I will definitely be back! Highly recommended.

My partner and I really loved our stay and felt at home right away. The surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful right next to the river. The rooms and interior are very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the tranquility and the fact that it is a bit secluded, far away from the chaos of the roads. Mary and Tersa are outstanding hosts with heart and soul. We were so well taken care of when we were both not feeling well. Teresa made us medicine for our belly's and checked in with us daily if we needed anything. We felt so cared for and were back on our feet in no time. With all of our frequent travels we rarely have seen such a dedication and care from our hosts. Thank you Mary & Teresa for having us! We will come back again anytime. We wholeheartedly recommend this serene and beautiful place for those who wish to stay in a peaceful environment with amazing hosts.

A great host. We expected a private and calm weekend with my family and we got it. Our trip coincided with heavy rains and due to strong winds causing power shutdown for nearly 24 hrs for the entire locality. They had a battery backup which helped us for the night and for the next day they had a generator. Breakfast is complimentary and they cooked delicious South Indian breakfast with some continental options. When we asked for some extra items for breakfast, the staff even drove to a restaurant to pick what we asked for. I'll pick them up again for my next trip without hesitation. Really friendly and caring.

Ramana and Karthick have built out an amazing place, we stayed there for 9 days and were doing workcation. The wifi and the house amenities mentioned are exactly how they have been mentioned. our stay eas extremely peaceful and we faced zero friction with anything over there. Karthick is a great host, zero disturbance, great person to talk to, very responsive to needs and also a travel guy to help you with information with your sight seeing. The building is located at a great place. Its worth every penny charged, actually felt undercharged. The property is very clean as it is cleaned everyday and feels like a home. Has all the machines required, washing machine, automatic vaccum, fridge, utensils washer and fully stacked kitchen. Highly recommended place. It was a premium experience.

This was my first visit to Kerala with my family, and I was searching for a friendly place to stay. The apartment itself is conveniently located in Aluva, just 20-25 minutes from Kochi airport. It’s spacious, clean, and set in a stunning environment overlooking the river—truly a home away from home. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was very clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. Nancy, the housekeeper, was incredibly kind and helpful—she even cooked us a delicious meal! The coffee was excellent, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. Truly a warm and welcoming experience.

Madhu is the perfect host and even treated me to two wonderful meals in the short time that I was there. His place was really "Home away from home". His place is super clean,tidy , well furnished, ,killer view, we'll situated....... and having work to complete, I was overjoyed that the room had a work-table , a electrical plubgboard and an office chair. He even offered a large screen , external monitor, since my laptop screen is damaged. Madhu is warm, friendly, considerate and ultra responsive to one's needs . I wish I had about a week more to stay there. If that beautiful, quiet area is where you wanna stay, Madhu's place is 100%, "best pick". I will always check there for availability when in town.
