Sweet little spot on the canal. We loved the morning views and the accessibility. Very clean, and lovely feng shui. We loved drinking our coffees in front of the big picture window each morning. We look forward to a future visit in warmer weather! Note: no washing machine but there is a laundry mat nearby, and there are pretty steep stairs to the bedrooms for those mobility challenged. Fully stocked kitchen!

This house was great! Super clean and comfortable with fresh smelling blankets and linens. You're right on the lake which is amazing with a huge backyard. The house has everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. You are on a busy road which can be a bit loud at night but the lake makes it comparable. Bill is a great host, had the fireplace going for us when we got there and was very responsive.

Joanne was the quintessential hostess. From my initial contact through departure, she was on point; very communicative and responsive to questions, friendly, welcoming and extremely interested in doing whatever she could to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Pictures do not sufficiently convey the beauty, privacy and comfort Joanne's home provides. We celebrated a medical school graduation and an 85th birthday there, and were in awe of the cleanliness of such a large home, and of the many amenities Joanne provided. The beds were the most comfortable of any I've slept in, and the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms were beyond equipped with everything needed to feel like home. Everything was immaculate. What really stood out though, beyond this amazing home, was Joanne. She is so very kind and thoughtful; she felt like a part of our family. I cannot recommend Joanne and her home enough, if you're searching for the ideal place to celebrate your most special moments!!!

My family and I had a great time staying at Footsteps to the Falls. We spent our day venturing down the trail only steps from the house. Beautiful trail system leading to falls and activities inside the national park. We enjoyed ending our evenings playing card games on the front porch. Everything in the house was clean and well cared for making it feel like home. Niagara its self as the description states is a city in transition. You can see where areas are up and coming and rebuilding. The neighborhood itself felt safe. Thank you Brandi and James!

Perfect stay, everything as advertised.

Beautiful home! Spacious and comfortable! Backyard was completely fenced in, and the neighborhood was quiet! The kitchen had almost every type of appliance and utensil that you would want for a “staycation!” The hot tub was also delightful and well maintained! And plenty of towels! We look forward to coming in the summer

It was very peaceful and nice! I enjoyed the stay, everything was cozy and clean and had a beautiful view!

This was the perfect place for four of us who meet for a long weekend every October. It's a beautiful location, and the house was very comfortable. It's so nice to be able to open the door and be on the beach. We got to enjoy some sunshine while walking on the beach and the sound of the wind and waves during a rainy night too. We were able to spend time at Niagara Falls and the two Frank Lloyd Wright houses nearby. We found some good meals just down the road at Aunt Millie's and Colony Seafood & Steak. Would love to be at this house during the warm summer days and sit on the patio and play in the lake. Tina was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great place to stay! Our wedding party stayed there for our wedding week and there was plenty of space for everyone!
