Wir verbrachten eine entspannte Woche nach der Touristensaison, als schon alle Geschäfte und Campingplätze geschlossen waren. Der Strand war verlassen und in einem der wenigen geöffneten Restaurants trafen wir nur italienische Gäste an. Das war schön.

Zona molto tranquilla, spiaggia di sabbia vicinissima e comoda per i bambini. Alloggio spazioso e ben ammobiliato, con una terrazza vista mare bellissima. Rapporti con host e altri ospiti molto cordiali.

Appartamento restaurato con tutti i confort, posizionato in zona tranquilla in un bel borghetto e nelle vicinanze del lago.

Rebecca hat uns schon am Anreisetag mit wertvollen Informationen (Fähre hat gestreikt!) versorgt. Wir haben uns alle Tage gut umsorgt und sehr wohl gefühlt und das Quartier mit 8 Personen von 12-80 jährigen genossen. Die Ausstattung ist super, Küche alles da was man braucht…wenn es auch einige Abnutzungsspuren gibt. ( zB der Geschirrspüler bzw Badezimmerschubladen) Der Garten und die Terrasse schön und gepflegt.. ideal um 2 Autos abzustellen. Gerne werden wir wieder kommen!

Great house, inspiring both from inside and outside, carrying a historical zest but also had everything we needed for a week of staying and cooking. We were travelling with friends to visit the exhibitions, this was a perfect location - easy to reach by vapporetto and away from crowds, with lush green garden and lagoon view - amazing sunset. Lorenzo and Alessandra were very responsive and helpful. Very much recommend!

Sehr saubere Wohnung mit Vorplatz. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell im Zentrum und am Meer. Gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeber.

Ciao che dire mi sembrava di essere a casa bello pulito silenzioso poi lo spazio fuori esclusivo e il top a 10 minuti sei nel viale principale e in spiaggia sei in vacanza ma non lo sei per me il Top e i proprietari splendidi MERITA🤩🤩🤩DA RITORNARE

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Villagio Europa sehr genossen. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet. Die Kinder haben schnell Freunde kennengelernt und viel gespielt. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt. Der Checkin ist zwischen 16 und 19 Uhr garantiert, sobald das Haus sauber ist. Laut Beschreibung waren wir von garantiert für 16 Uhr ausgegangen. Wir mussten etwas mehr als eine Stunde warten.

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

Très bon accueil des deux propriétaires. La piscine est très grande et très agréable avec des marches permettant de s’asseoir ou de s’allonger, voir faire descendre un chien ! Le plongeoir, les sièges sous-marins pour rester assis tout en prenant le soleil et en buvant un verre, L’endroit est exceptionnellement privé, paisible, et sûr. La maison est située sur la partie la plus haute de l’île, ce qui lui donne une vue très dégagée, magnifique. Si nous revenons à Albella, nous re louerons cette maison.

One of the nicest accommodations we have experienced in Croatia so far. It fully met our needs and expectations, we were very satisfied and would love to return again.

We enjoyed Stefano‘s place a lot. The swimming pool was a hit for our children and in fact for everyone. We are a patchwork family of eight persons and we could separate us in the two half’s of the house. Very practical was that those who wanted to sleep long were not disturbed by the early birds. The garden and pool was super nice and we don’t most of the time outside. Because of the big awnings there was a always enough shade to take a break from the heat of the sun. For us it was a beautiful holiday for everyone.

Ilaria nous a très bien accueilli. Elle nous a fait la visite de la maison, et donné quelques suggestions concernant la ville de Bibione. La maison est en excellent état, très propre, tous les équipements annoncés étaient présents et fonctionnels. Le village est très calme, la piscine est propre, l'environnement est également très bien entretenu. La ville de Bibione est agréable, de nombreux magasins à touristes (:o) mais aussi de bons restaurants. La plage publique (gratuite) est à 2 ou 3 km (prévoir la voiture pour y aller, mais il est très facile de se garer). Il y avait assez peu de monde, le sable est fin, et on a pied très longtemps (idéal pour les enfants). Bref, c'était parfait. Encore merci à Ilaria pour son accueil et sa maison, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Alles war super! Ein typisch italienisches Ferienhaus wie man es kennt 😊 Alessandro hat uns freundlich in Empfang genommen und der Strand und die Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist recht hellhörig, das hat uns aber nicht gestört! Durch die zwei Bäder kommt man sich nicht in die Quere und auch die Terrasse haben wir gern genutzt 😊 lediglich gegen Mücken sollte man sich wappnen, auch im Spätsommer! Uns hat es uns in Lignano sehr gut gefallen, gerne wieder!

Siamo stati accolti da Barbara, disponibilissima, al terminal dei traghetti di SME. Nell'appartamento di Enrico abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Confortevole e ottimamente posizionato, è dotato di tutto il necessario e ha un bellissimo giardino. Consigliatissimo.

We, 5 adults and 2 kids stayed there for 10 nights. The house is very well equipped and renovated , we got literally everything we needed: barbecue , glasses, cutlery, coffee machine, washing machine etc. It is big and clean and located at about 10 min walk from the beach. The area is nice and quiet. There are several restaurants in 5-10 min. walk. I would recommend it for a big company up to 8 people for comfortable stay.

Emplacement exceptionnel : vue imprenable sur la lagune, au calme, en face d'un arrêt de vaporetto... Beau et pratique à la fois. Très grande réactivité de Luigi, toujours à l'écoute et attentif : un grand merci ! Nous sommes venus 5 jours à 7 (avec nos 5 enfants de 13 à 23 ans) et nous avons passés un séjour merveilleux à partir de ce logement. Logement bien chauffé (important en décembre !) et eau chaude en quantité, parfait. Un seul bémol : la machine à laver annoncée dans le descriptif n'était pas fonctionnelle et a fait sauter l'électricité. Dommage car nous avions prévu une lessive sur place... On pourrait aussi attendre un peu plus de vaisselle pour 7. Mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir à l'occasion, nous l'espérons ! Nous recommandons.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Francesca war super. Wir konnten sogar eher einchecken, was mit Kind perfekt war. Francesca ist sehr aufmerksam . Wir hatten Obst und Prosecco im Kühlschrank. Die beste Eisdiele von Lignano war in 1 min. zu erreichen. Zum Strand war der Weg sehr angenehm schattig. Das Haus liegt versteckt und es ist angenehm ruhig. Perfekt zum entspannen. Die Terrasse ist überdacht, so konnten wir immer draußen sitzen. Angenehm war auch der Parkplatz im Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Thank you Gianni for letting us stay in this beautiful house . Our stay was homely , cozy and we felt at home. Accessibility to the bus stop and the beach is the key to this location. The host is very helpful and friendly and helped us in navigation and guiding us through the Venice sight seeing . The only challenge with this location is that the bus transport is very minimum so you need to be time bound to visit the main city of Venice which is 31kms away from here. Night buses and boat transport take a big hit as the information is not accurate always on Google.

abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Paolo da venerdì 2 a domenica 4. Appartamento pulito e ordinato, posizione centralissima e comoda per raggiungere in pochi minuti bar, ristoranti e qualsiasi servizio. Paola sempre veloce a rispondere a ogni richiesta. Ottimo
