It offers spacious living accommodation with a garden backing onto open fields with many paths to explore the Lincolnshire countryside. It is ideal for a family gathering or business colleagues. It is close to the historic town of Epworth and within walking distance of local pubs and takeaways. Yorkshire Wildlife Park is a short drive away; York and Lincoln are less than an hours drive.

Our spacious annex is the perfect place for a peaceful nights sleep. Located in the picturesque village of Crowle, surrounded by the Lincolnshire countryside. Luxurious king size bed, good wi-fi connection, spacious lounge area to relax in, newly fitted bathroom with shower and bath, tea, toast & full kitchen. On-street free parking, close walking distance to local shops and pubs for evening meals. Crowle train station 1.7 miles, 6 minute drive. Good motorway connection from M62, M18, M180.

17 Fir Trees is a stylish two bedroom caravan on 7 Lakes Country Park Nestled on 160 acres of woodland and lakes it is ideal for those seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle Bring a kayak, paddle board or canoe and explore Clearwater Lake. Or if fishing is your thing there are 10 lakes to choose from. Relax at the lakeside bar and restaurant, or visit Keeley's Ice Cream Parlour Venture outside the park to explore the attractions and hidden gems that North Lincolnshire has to offer

Nearby leisure activities include many well established and renowned fishing lake complexes.

Our cosy little house is in the centre of the village of Messingham. There’s lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance. We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A little stream with ducks is in the next village. We welcome families, couples, business people & contractor’s.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage in rural settings. Very quiet location with plenty of public footpaths to explore. 2 local pubs within walking distance. What you’ll find at the cottage, Kitchen/diner with a multi sided log burner with a complimentary basket of logs,living room,Downstairs bathroom with large shower. New ‘proper’ hot tub couples area now added. The accommodation : open-plan living room houses a flat screen TV, a log burner and a dining area. There is no cooker or washing machine in the property, although there is a microwave. The modern bedroom is separated from the lounge with an elegant glass façade; it opens on to a full walk-in closet for all your storage needs. The property is the East Wing of the former Wesley Manse, a 300 year old property in Epworth centre.

Studio apartment.

The apartment consists of a living space with kitchen and shower room connected to a bedroom. The bedroom has limited head space of just under 2 metres. There is independent access from the rear of the building and no shared space. Access is via a staircase at the right hand side of the house. No food is supplied, but teabags and instant coffee is. Entry is via a keysafe for which a code will be supplied when booking iOS confirmed.
