I would like to say we enjoyed staying at Cynthia's cottage home, it was just want we wanted for our Pensacola Florida trip. It was easy to find and in a great neighborhood, it was quite and a nice area. The space was just perfect for my family of 4, which my kids used one room and we used the other one. I would recommend this to friends and family as well we would come back to stay here. Price was great and location as well, loved how easy it was to get to one place to another. If you want a place close by the beach but not pay the price for a beach front home get this one as its 10 mins away from beaches.

Great price and everything was very well taken care of. Felt comfortable with my entire family. The only suggestion I would have is that there were several windows without curtains. I came with my wife and two daughters and none of them were comfortable with uncovered windows in the bathrooms or by the laundry, even if it was just a little. I had to find something to cover up the windows. Once I did that we were good to go. Great place! Excellent price! Will return.

We love Pensacola and visit often. This was definitely one of our favorite homes to stay in. It is well-stocked with everything one needs, conveniently located, has a beautiful backyard, is very comfortable, and was super clean. This place is a gem! We will be back.

Great stay! My wife and I were in town for a wedding and had our dogs with us, the yard was perfect for them and the screened porch was fantastic as well. The house itself was spacious and clean.

We had such a wonderful stay for our family trip including three adults and two pups! The location is perfect for people who want to explore in Pensacola as well as venture towards perdido key. It is located about 25 minutes from the dog beaches of Pensacola. The biggest perk was the outdoor shower! It made washing off our pups extremely easy. There are plenty of local restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops within a 5-10 minute drive. The host is very kind and quick to respond. She even set up a dog kennel for our big pup so we didn’t have to pack ours. We will for sure return for future vacations!

Janine's home was perfect for us! Humans and pups all appreciated the lovely shaded backyard, spacious living space (2 separate living rooms!), and a great location for our needs. Will definitely hope to stay here again the next time we're in town.

The place was spacious and so clean! We felt right at home at this airbnb! Beautiful home and would 10/10 book again!

The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

We had our yearly family vacation here. The house was perfect for the three families to stretch out and the pups loved the outdoor fenced area. The pool was a hit for everyone. We arrived to several baskets of snacks and multiple boxes of sodas- very thoughtful and much appreciated. If I had any questions, Natalie was quick to respond. We totally enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories. ❤️

The place was very nice and clean. The hostess was very nice and responsive. The only thing I wish I would have paid more attention to was the heated pool. The temperatures were cooler than usual, so the heater wouldn't keep up. We paid to heat it but it was always too cold to swim.

We were in town to visit family and enjoy the local beaches. This home was perfect for our family which includes 3 kids and two large dogs. The backyard was completely fenced in which was perfect for the dogs. The pool was perfect for the kids after a long day at the beach (they never got tired of swimming.) The location was ideal as we found ourselves enjoying both Pensacola’s sand bar beaches and Orange Beach shopping and dining. We were pretty much equidistant between the two areas. Kate was very friendly and awesome to work with. We would absolutely stay here again!

this is by far my favorite beach house i’ve been to! it was very clean and had everything you could think of. the location was nice, quiet, and private. we loved the bikes! host was nice and responsive as well! will definitely be back!

The house was so beautiful! It was in a quiet part of the neighborhood, which was nice, the house was clean and smelled great when we arrived, and the hosts had such good communication. I would recommend this place to anyone, it was such a fun trip!

Our stay at the Purple Sunset house was exactly what we expected from the photos and descriptions. It was walkable to the gulf beaches and conveniently had a pool just steps out the back door. Our family of four enjoyed the quiet, friendly neighborhood which was perfect for walking the dog. (as was the fenced in backyard) We made the most of our trip with several beach days, fishing pier walks, seafood meals, sunrises and sunsets. We even caught the blue angels practicing at Fort Pickens. Ric was awesome about offering us restaurant recommendations and checking in. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Cola Cabana was in a residential neighborhood, but we had so much privacy in the backyard pool area--it felt like a tropical paradise! We could bike to two neighborhood parks and restaurants and shops were close to drive to. The pool was so refreshing after sightseeing downtown and at the Gulf National Seashore. I highly recommend this home for families with children--toys, games, pool and beach stuff we're provided. The home was very spacious and comfortable for our 4 adults and one child.

We have came down from San antonio texas, to visit Pace as we plan to move back to Florida. Their house is perfectly located right in the heart of town. Winn Dixie was at walking distance, with Cefco just across the street. The house was the peaceful getaway, that me & my family needed. Brandon was very attentive and responded very quickly to any concerns or questions we may have had. I'd definitely come stay again, but in hopes of moving back home soon, were hopeful that won't need to happen.

It was a pleasent stay and the beach was right there. We loved our stay and will recommend and come back to this host again for this stay.

We had a wonderful stay to attend a family event. The house is sparkling clean. We appreciate that they are pet friendly. The neighborhood is also nice and feels safe

My family loved staying here! The home has EVERYTHING one could need. You really only need to bring your clothes, groceries, and self! It is truly a home away from home. The screened in porch was my favorite part. The king beds are very comfortable (supportive but not hard). The smaller bed seems to be on the firm side (we didn't use it but I would recommend an egg crate topper if you like more cushion). The price is great but the little details are what truly set this place apart from the others. All bedrooms have lamps, portable fans, and TVs. The kitchen has any dish you could need plus lots of extras like spices, dog bowls, etc. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. A huge thanks to Nancy for being such a fantastic host!

I can’t describe how amazing our stay in this Airbnb was in a just a few words. We stayed 11 days in between a rental and closing on our new home! Glen and Deanna went above and beyond to accommodate us. Also, the cleanliness and the charm of this place was beyond impressive! Thank you guys SO much for everything!

What a wonderful stay we had at Lisha’s home away from home! Perfect for our family weekend getaway to compete in the Deluna Open Water race. This was the perfect place to come back to away from the crowds. Very close to any of the beaches you might want to go to. Mid way between Navarre and Pensacola so restaurant options are endless. Kids loved the game table and we loved the quiet space. Most definitely will return.

Amy's Place proved to be an ideal destination for the final stages of our vacation, offering a tranquil and serene atmosphere. The residence provided ample space for my family's needs. The host demonstrated exceptional responsiveness to our queries. The kitchen was comprehensively equipped with essentials for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Overall, the accommodations were outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would certainly welcome the opportunity to return on our next visit to Pensacola.
