Beautiful little house, great view. Very quiet. Marceline is very friendly, quick response on questions. Totally recommend this place.

We had an amazing 4 nights at the chalet. It was so relaxing. Everything we needed was there, including tea, milk, sugar and really nice biscuits! The chalet was warm, even on a chilly spring evening. The location couldn't of been better. Only 20-30 metres from the sea and within a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Lyme Regis and the Ammonite Pavement. Irene was very responsive and gave us great suggestions on where to go for fossils and sea glass hunting. We really didn't want to leave and I'm sure we will be back! Thank you.

A delightful stay in wonderful surroundings, views are sublime, home from home facilities, dog friendly property with lots of walks, well equipped kitchen although we didn't really cook as there are so many restaurants and bars to try! Julie ensured we had everything we needed and communicated well. look forward to a return visit when we have a bit more time to enjoy ourselves.

Ideal accommodation for Padstow and surrounding areas. Easy to get to local beaches, bays and villages. Great accommodation has everything you need and Jo was a really helpful, friendly host. Would recommend!

Régine et Jean Luc sont d'une gentillesse incroyable, vraiment le cœur sur la main, toujours disponibles et prêts à rendre service. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, l'environnement est magnifique, le jardin très joli et bien entretenu, notre fils s'est bien amusé. L'environnement proche est également magnifique et plein de jolis sites d'intérêt a proximité. bref je recommande vivement, et on y reviendra avec beaucoup de plaisir

We chose Jo's place as it was close to Charmouth (11 mins) and Lyme Regis (14 mins by car). Our 6 year old son wanted to go fossil hunting. We arrived at Jo's cottage and she was there to greet us. She is very friendly and welcoming as well as her lovely dog Ruby. Jo also provided us with a travel cot and a changing mat for our 3 month old baby boy too, which was helpful. Jo provided us with a wheel barrow to carry our belongings to the Duck House as it was a little walk round the cottage. It's cosy and had all we needed. Our son liked the children's room he slept in and enjoyed the toys/games provided. My partner and my son did go in the swimming pool, however it was cold for our baby to go into. Jo did provide some bread, home made marmalade (that was lovely), butter, jam and milk. There was no hot water when we woke but when we contacted Jo she was straight on it and sorted it before we went out for the day. We enjoyed our stay - Thank you Jo.

The place was amazing!! Very private, great responses from Kevin and his daughter Jasmine they were very friendly. Bed was super comfy and lots of storage if you are planning to stay for a week/longer. We will definitely be coming again. The hot tub was a bonus and explained very clearly how to use it! Super flexible check in time!

This is our second time to book this cabin and it never disappoints! Very comfortable, peaceful surroundings and the private sauna was a bonus! Would love to book again with friends as a yearly cabin trip 🥰

Great host, really good communicator and very responsive to any questions. Easy to follow instructions for check in and they had left a lovely gift for my daughter as it was her 3rd Birthday, which was a very kind and personal touch. We made use of the private chef and hot tub which were both excellent. The house was immaculate and great for kids too, with plenty of toys and a large enclosed garden. We would definitely stay here again.

Really lovely stay at Colbury lodge, thank you Olya! The Lodge was perfect for a family with young children as was very safe and well equipped. The lodge was spotless and had a very homely feel. The hot tub was a great bonus too! Olya couldn’t have been a nicer host and very helpful with her local knowledge. A couple of small, cosmetic maintenance jobs would have made the lodge perfect but they didn’t effect us in any way. Overall would definitely recommend and would love to revisit!

Joe was a great host and provided all information requested. Arrival was straightforward plenty of space. House was clean and welcoming. Photos need updating as property has been extended further. Shepherd hut in Garden was a great addition however it is cited at the bottom of a steep incline. The hot tub was a great addition and used well journey to the beach was about 15 minutes and parking was difficult but manageable. Shops et cetera were a short drive from the house. There were not many places to eat locally but plenty of takeaways if you needed them. A very enjoyable week in a lovely area about 30 minute drive to New Forest. Definitely worth considering.

Absolutely beautiful place , minutes from the beach great walks and stunning views .easy to find too. Loved the place ,would definitely go again 👌hopefully soon .

Large family with young children, all had a great stay. Lots of open space. Shame there isn’t one more bathroom! But can’t be helped. All in all had a wonderful stay. Playroom is great for young kids. They loved the garden and then swing/slide. Great communication, very professional.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war ruhig. Die Anbindung an Supermärkte, Strände und Ausflugsziele war super!

The accommodation was immaculate and had a homely feel with comfortable furniture and a large tv. The amenities were good with all of the kitchen accessories that we needed. The site is very well maintained and in a good location for Weymouth and exploring the Jurassic coast. We really enjoyed our stay.

Soirée jeux de société en famille, au coin du feu, dans une maisonnette pleine de charme à la décoration soignée, très confortable et parfaitement équipée. De jolies balades à proximité. Un grand merci pour votre accueil, votre disponibilité et votre réactivité. Mention spéciale pour la literie, la cheminée, les jouets et la cuisine super bien équipée ! Nous n'avons manqué de rien et avons été très bien accueillis.

Très agréable séjour, joli petit chalet pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 7 personnes. Stuart est très accueillant et réactif en vous faisant totalement confiance… Seul petit soucis nous n’avons pas pu profiter du jacuzzi sur la terrasse car il n’était pas assez chaud suite à une coupure de courant dû à une inondation. Stuart l’a remis en route avant notre arrivé mais malheureusement c’est très long à monter en température. Cependant n’ayant pas de locataire le lendemain, Stuart nous a permis de partir dans l’après midi plutôt qu’a 10h du matin comme prévu.

Si vous souhaitez visiter la région… ne venez pas ici 😅 une fois sur place vous n’y bougerai plus !!! Tellement on s’y sent bien, tellement c’est beau, calme, naturel, paisible et beau ! Je sais je l’ai déjà dit ! Ha ha Le seul regret que nous avons eu… c’est de n’être resté que 2 jours ! La maison n’est pas grande mais propose tout le nécessaire au confort et à la détente. Sans compter au bain nordique qui est juste exceptionnel !!! 1000x meilleur qu’un jacuzzi !! Nous avons passé notre séjour en compagnie d’oie sauvage, poule d’eau, chant des oiseaux,.. En bref, nous voulions nous ressourcer en dehors de notre quotidien et nous avons vécu 2 jours hors du temps. Quel bonheur ♥️
