The house is a new renovation and Dana is still putting up finishing touches. Overall, the house served our needs and we all were happy with the house and location

The Cottages were great hosts. The place had all the accommodations needed to make us feel right at home. Everything was clean and well kept. We particularly appreciated how stocked the house was, plenty of beach/pool towels, beach equipment (chairs, wagon), and all the other amenities we expected. The elevator is a great touch. I never thought we would need/want one, but with kids, beach gear, groceries, etc. it made a huge difference. We didn’t need much during our stay, but when we reached out, the host was very responsive. Overall, a great location, great house, and excellent host. Highly recommended.

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

Nothing beats waking up and walking to the beach within 3 minutes. We really enjoyed all the beach amenities provided for our use. It made our trip so easy! Although the area is still cleaning up after the hurricane, it is heartwarming to watching this beautiful community come together. Very friendly neighbors, everyone always greeted us with a, "Good morning!" Thank you for making our trip stress-free for my husband's birthday. We have a soft spot for Manasota Key now, and can't wait to come back!

We have been coming to the Placida/Englewood area for the past 6 years and absolutely love it! Leslie’s place was perfect as it’s on the water and allowed us to dock our boat. We are on our boat everyday fishing, exploring the local beaches, and island hopping. Leslie’s place offered such amazing convenience for all of that and we couldn’t have been happier. There were a couple small hiccups in the beginning , but Leslie was such an attentive and responsive host and immediately took care of it for us. She was a gracious host and we will definitely remember our great stay at her house on the canal. Definitely a peaceful and relaxing vacation after such a long, cold Michigan winter. It was a much-needed getaway. Thank you, Leslie! We wish you all the best!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this location and it does not disappoint! The place has been renovated and looks great! The host is clear and we had no issues getting into the condo. I used the laundry room and that was straight forward. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

Beautiful home, comfortable beds, everything you need for the beach, love the pool and close proximity to beach! We had a wonderful stay and would come back here again!

Victoria’s place at sunset cove was perfect for our family of 4. Loved the location, was able to walk to several local restaurants. As well as a short walk to Cedar Point Environmental Park and not a far drive at all to the beach. Loved the swimming pool area and relaxing by the gas fire pit at night. The pool is pretty cold but you can have her turn the heat on for an additional $150. Our kids didn’t seem to mind the cold pool so we didn’t bother to have the heat turned on. Would definitely return to this location.

This was such a cool little place! Close to access 13 for the beach. Small place and it was my wife and I. We tend not to spend much time inside and this place was very clean and suited our needs perfectly. Little kitchenette , Ac worked good, pool right outside, bathroom was nice , king bed was comfortable. The Tv uses Roku, so if you sign into your Netflix or Hulu account don’t forget unsign out! If available the next time we spend an overnight in siesta key, we would stay here.

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

Laura was a wonderful host! From our first communication, she shared things to do in the area and answered any questions I had very quickly. She had a lovely welcome basket when we arrived and the house was meticulously cleaned! It was also well stocked with the things you might need while you were there, which made it feel like home! Would definitely stay again if I was traveling in the area again and would definitely recommend to others! Wonderful experience.

Such a comfortable home. It felt like home and had everything you need for a great stay. The side fenced yard was great for the dogs!

Peter was fantastic! Super easy checkin, he always had quick responses with all my questions. Wonderful amenities, had everything we could think of and more! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Lora at Evolve was tremendous to work with. The property itself was as advertised. The beach access was terrific, as was the beach itself, and I think we used every one of the amenities. We also didn't have to go straight to the store for paper goods and other supplies - everything seemed to be as we needed it. Lots of ink spilled on the decor, but we found it to be a great conversation starter with some unique items inspiring creativity amongst our kids. Overall a fantastic experience, and we'd hope to make it back!

We loved staying here especially having the beach just a few feet away! Although there was construction taking place in the development, it did not interfere with our stay at all! We didn’t even notice the workers on site. If you get a chance to book this home, do it. April is an amazing host and has thought of every amenity possible! We look forward to booking again soon!

We loved this private beach getaway. The sunsets, shark teeth, ocean breeze, lots of room in the house ….everything was perfect. Host was responsive!

It is difficult to write a review of the stay at Coco-hut, given the very, very unique nature of this property. We were there to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and it was a perfect place to be in nature and away from others for the four days we were there. The house was very nice and comfortable and the beach & hot tub were perfect. The sunsets were (as advertised) amazing. In short, we had no complaints about the house or the area. The only complaint my wife and I had was that the owner, Ray, after booking sent over an email with 5 PDF attachments. 3 were helpful details on the visit and welcomes. One was a rather threatening 17-page PDF on all the things that you can be "charged" for if you do not do correctly. The last was a 5-page legal rental agreement that he required signature in advance on. During visit, we had some minor issues and Ray was very condescending to us. The Lemonheads had a great song that we kept thinking of during our stay, "It's a shame about Ray." ;-(

This pristine home was right out of Architectural Digest. David absolutely went out of his way to make our stay the very best experience we have ever had. My only dilemma was never wanting to leave! If you are considering a stay in Englewood, you must not hesitate to immediately book this home without hesitation. Airbnb makes it easy & David is always accessible & so personable that by the end of your experience, you'll want to be buddies! David leaves more than ample cleaning supplies, household necessities, condiments, & extras you might forget - like I did - batteries! I just used them & replaced at my convenience. My only critique, if you could call it that, is the beautiful dishes & glassware. I had to run for paper plates & cups knowing the klutz in me would drop them on the beautiful floor & lovely white comforters just waiting for me to stain! The pool & hot were perfectly warm & hot! Love the Windsor! Will seek out more of his accommodations if he approves of me too!! Thanks!

The only place I’ve stayed that even compares to this is Sandals Resort. The hosts are amazing. The grounds are gorgeous and the cottage is perfect. There are sitting areas everywhere. Privacy is abundant and the beach is steps away. It’s a very private area of beach so if you like peace and quiet this will be perfect for you. There’s an abundance of sharks teeth so if you like hunting, and I do, this is your place. The decorating is impeccable. Nothing I would change. The bedding is luxurious. You’ll get great rest and sleep. Rabbits outside hop right up to your feet. I felt like I was in a dream. 5+ stars from me. Highly recommend.

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future.
