A nice set of rooms very close to everything that matters in Varenna. The accommodations were clean and Debora did a wonderful job communicating all information needed for the stay. She is very kind and friendly. The view from the roof is absolutely stunning and deserves some time during your stay with wine and snacks (weather permitting). I would stay again. A couple additional points to share: 1) All rooms are above ground level, so if someone has any mobility concerns, this might be an issue. Furthermore, there are lots of steps everywhere in Varenna. Be prepared to work your glutes. 2) It can be a bit noisy at night, so, if you are a sensitive sleeper, you should grab some ear plugs/buds to help block out noise. The church tower across the street rings all day, including night and early morning.

So grateful that I can meet a host like Lidia who is very considerate and helpful，she offered me some tips to travel in Lake Como and Venice which are very useful Lidia's place feels like home，it’s tidy and clean and the room is very cozy. Most importantly it's a great place for sound sleep.

Everything was just perfect! A very unique, cozy, and authentic place to stay, with a stunning view of Lake Como and the mountains through the window. Costanza was very kind and friendly, prepared a great breakfast, and gave excellent recommendations. I highly recommend it to those who enjoy peaceful relaxation.

Notre séjour chez Rea et Benny a été super ! Elles sont extrêmement chaleureuses, accueillantes et aimables. On y a passé 5 nuits avec notre bébé de 7 mois et on s’est senti comme à la maison. Le logement est agréable et la chambre confortable. Tout est joliment décoré et aménagé. Il est aussi très bien situé, très proche du centre et beaucoup de restaurant aux alentours. Sans compter la magnifique vue depuis le lit, splendide ! Le petit déjeuner était excellent, préparé au petit matin avec beaucoup d’amour. Grazie mille Rea et Benny pour votre accueil et alla prossima !

Das waren wunderbare Ferientage im Haus von Antonella. Das Zimmer ist wunderschön eingerichtet und grosszügig ausgestattet, mit kleinem Balkon und unvergesslicher Aussicht. Antonella war sehr zuvorkommend, wertschätzend, herzlich und liebevoll. Ihr Frühstück war grossartig und persönlich. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Mit Sara war der Urlaub so einfach und unkompliziert. Sie hat uns schon im Vorfeld unterstützt mit Reservierungen tolle Tips. Nach wenigen Tagen war man im Dorf integriert. Im Restaurant wurde man dann schon mit Handschlag begrüßt. Zuhause alles sehr, sehr angenehm und schön mit Liebe eingerichtet und immer erreichbar. Un immense merci à Yoko, Paulo et leur fille Saori pour leur magnifique accueil 💛 Des hôtes en or, vraiment. Leur accueil est un admirable équilibre entre l’immersion dans une famille suisso-japonaise et une autonomie des visiteurs. Nous avons eu de super échanges intéressants et remplis d’enthousiasme et de douceur avec Yoko, Paulo et Saori. Ils se sont montrés très disponibles pour nous donner des conseils de visite et nous rendre service. La maison traditionnelle est très belle et le studio mis à disposition correspond tout à fait à la description, très propre et accueillant. Le jardin est magnifique, avec une terrasse sous une tonnelle où nous avons pu manger le délicieux petit-déjeuner préparé par Yoko. Ce serait rater quelque chose que d’aller à Morcote sans loger chez eux ! On ne peut que vous recommander d’aller chez ces « super hôtes » dont le titre est plus qu’amplement mérité. On leur souhaite de belles rencontres grâce à leur accueil si chaleureux et généreux.

The Nest on the Lake was the loveliest little lakeside inn! The owners are extremely kind and the access to the little beach was wonderful to have. Ferry boats and bus stops within 12 min walk of the inn, which was great. Two markets close by, a few fantastic restaurants within in walking distance, and the most gorgeous views of Lake Como! We would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Lake Como for the first or 100th time!

Schönes Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer, freundliche Gastgeberin, schönes Frühstücksbuffet im Preis enthalten, Abendessen, Menü, hervorragend, alles einwandfrei.

Isabella si è rivelata una host super cordiale e super disponibile. L'alloggio era impeccabile, come essere a casa propria, tra l'altro in una posizione strategica per chi come me pratica ciclismo e vuole spendere qualche giorno in completa serenità . In un'unica parola: consigliato! Spero di tornarci, magari per qualche altra tappa sul lago di Garda...😉

Wir wurden von Simona in Abwesenheit ihrer Mutter richtig verwöhnt, sie holte uns am Bus ab, war zuvorkommend freundlich, hat uns zu einem Apéro eingeladen und viele wertvolle Informationen gegeben. Das Haus ist sehr geschmacksvoll renoviert worden, die Schlafräume sind geräumig. Wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Piękne miejsce. Piękny dom. Dogodna lokalizacja ( nie zbyt daleko dworca, w pobliżu deptak brzegiem jeziora z aleją drzew ,restauracje i kawiarnie nie opodal). Gospodarz Francesco niezwykle miły i pomocny. W jego domu czuliśmy się komfortowo . Dwa cudowne pieski, które za każdym razem witały nas kiedy wchodziliśmy do domu witały nas radośnie. Dzięki nim czuliśmy się jak domownicy. Dziękujemy

We spent one night in the bed and breakfast on our way form Germany to Italy. Cornelia has been very helpful preparing all what we needed for our baby as well. The breakfast offered in the morning was the cherry on the top.

Abbiamo prenotato per la seconda volta da Barbara in quanto ci piace molto il contesto tranquillo e i boschi vicino ottimi per fare una passeggiata nella natura

Der Aufenthalt lief sehr reibungslos ab. Leider haben wir uns verspätet, weshalb wir nicht persönlich empfangen wurden. Das war alles aber kein Problem, denn wir haben alle nötigen Informationen erhalten. Das Zimmer war schön und hatte einen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Des Weiteren war alles ordentlich und sauber! Morgens kamen wir in das Esszimmer rein und wurden herzlich begrüßt. Die Atmosphäre war sehr entspannt und das Frühstück war auch gut. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten:-)

Il b&b di Josef è meraviglioso! Ma non solo, è stato tutto perfetto, dall’accoglienza al check out. Ve lo consiglio anche per la vicinanza a meravigliosi sentieri e passeggiate che potete raggiungere in meno di 15 minuti di auto!

Unbelievable! The place was brand new and the people were more than friendly. We were welcomed by two people that shows us everything they made us feel right at home and although it was already 10 o’clock in the evening, they even offered to cook us a meal. The room was immaculate and breakfast was amazing, this place is on my Airbnb shortlist as of now.

Io e la mia amica siamo capitate nel l’alloggio di Maria per un cambio di programma rispetto ad un viaggio che avevamo in programma; siamo state accolte con gentilezza e ci siamo subito sentite a nostro agio. Il luogo era fantastico, la spa altrettanto e abbiamo avuto modo di rilassarci e goderci due giorni molto rilassanti.

One of the best thought out air b&bs we’ve stayed in! Very clean and comfortable and in perfect location! Car parking was very simple and easy to do! The added extras of croissants delivered in the morning and biscuits for the dog were a lovely touch! We would have preferred 10/11 am check out but that is the only negative, the place was perfect!

We stayed for 3 nights and would have loved to stay longer! Elena was super kind and helpful, she showed us everything we needed to know. The place was also very enjoyable and the view is breathtaking! Highly recommend.

Das Appartement ist absolut einwandfrei und alles für zwei Gäste vorhanden. Auch das Bad ist wie neu und man bemerkt die Liebe zum Detail. Zum Wandern eignet sich die Gegend und die Jahreszeit sehr gut. Für die Selbstversorgung ist ein Lidl in der Nähe. Ich komme gern wieder 🙂

Paola è un host molto premuroso, anche grazie al suo staff pronto e gentile sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Le istruzioni per raggiungere l'appartamento, fornite dall'host, sono precise e aiutano le indicazioni del navigatore che sono incolpevolmente incomplete. L'appartamento è nuovo, pulito, spazioso, completo e in una posizione incantevole, con un ampio sguardo sulla valle sottostante. Il riscaldamento, a caloriferi, è più che sufficiente a garantire un buon tepore anche nelle stagioni più rigide.
