The Underwood Tiny House - with private hotub

Fall into the rabbit hole to experience our unique twist on a Wonderland inspired tiny house. Boasting a Queen size bed, a full kitchen and bathroom, and everything in between, you are bound to have a relaxing getaway... with a little bit of adventure! The spacious deck (with hot tub) overlooks the forest, and it is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The Underwood Tiny House has been created to give each person who walks through its door an experience like none other!

Cabin Unwind, tucked into the woods

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

Hillside Haven - On 10 acres located near Lake MI.

Cozy home on 10 acres located near Lake Michigan beach access. Perfect for couples or families looking to get away. Close to Traverse City, Frankfort, Sleeping Bear Dunes and so much more. Pet friendly, professionally cleaned. Keurig coffee provided. Fast wifi, streaming TV, central A/C, washer and dryer, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishes, and towels all included. Pack and play and toddler cot provided. Hunters welcome during hunting season. Boat launch and snow mobile trails also nearby.

Our Milk Chocolate suite is a large 1 bedroom apartment located above our gelato shop in Empire, Mi! From it's large breezy balcony, you can sip coffee and plan a Leelanau adventure. The apartment is decorated in a colorful mid-century modern style. The bedrooms and living room both have smart tvs. There's a full kitchen stocked with the essentials and we provide toiletries and beach towels/blanket/chairs. It's a great base camp to explore the area and just a few blocks from Empire beach!

This gorgeous post and beam frame was built from 100-year-old red pine from the Torch Lake area by master log home builders. This home has a beautiful wood fireplace and the floors are hardwood: black locust, cherry, red oak, white oak, and black walnut. The house has radiant heat in the floors to make these floors a pleasure to walk in the winter even without socks!

There’s plenty of skiing, canoeing, hiking and fishing, peace and quiet. We're on the boarder of Benzie and Leelanau Counties, the best of wine regions this side of the Mississippi and a true artisanal food destination It's a short drive to Honor, Empire or Glen Arbor. Traverse City is 25 miles east.
