We had an absolutely amazing stay at Michele and Phill's house. The Villa is truly amazing - beautiful inside and out and a stellar location. The outdoor space alone is worth the stay - on the lake with wonderful views and options to enjoy the outdoors. But the inside was where we really enjoyed our stay - lovely rooms to enjoy the views of the lake, all beautifully presented. Michele and Phill had thought of everything. We were celebrating our daughter's high school graduation and the house comfortably welcomed nine guests. We highly recommend and will be back soon!! And Goshen itself is wonderful. Antique stores, a fantastic second hand record store which took my back to my youth (!) and Goshen Brewing Company is fantastic.

Beautiful place . Everything new and little details, everything new , eggs and oranges in the refrigerator. Missy helps us with everything. A dream place. We love it and our puppies could be so happy. Thank you very much

Loved our stay. Location was beautiful, with visits by two different species of geese, several species of ducks, and a pair of trumpeter swans. Accommodations were roomy, clean, and well cared for. I worked remotely two of our 8 days with no issues. WiFi speed was over 300mbps down, 80mbps up from kitchen table, and over double that in the living room. If we were ever to stay in the Elkhart area again, this would be the place.

Beautiful, rustic, cozy cabin! We enjoyed the birding, river sounds and using this place as a refresh and reading weekend! Trains took a little bit getting used to first night but we loved everything and would totally visit again :-)

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Suz's place. Even though it was cold and rainy during most of my visit, my primary intention was to get away for a writing retreat anyway, so I was still able to make the most of my time. The one day the sun came out, I found a nearby park and enjoyed a nice walk along the riverfront. The home is very close to the road, which is busy, and that did disrupt the serenity somewhat, but it mostly quieted down by the evening. All told, I would return for another visit and absolutely recommend to others.

The house was truly charming, making it a delightful place to stay. Its location was convenient, allowing for easy navigation to and from the property. Accessing the house was also a simple process, which added to the overall positive experience. I am definitely looking forward to booking it again in the near future!

Nell is a lovely host! She met us to ensure we could get into the into the unit ok and was very friendly! The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for the weekend. The view is even more beautiful in person. You can sit on the couch and look out the door at the river or sit outside with a cup of coffee. We'll definitely stay here again when we come home to visit family!

Such a lovely place! Well maintained trails to explore. The instructions to get in and out were super clear + easy to follow. Although they live right next door, we truly felt like we had the place to ourselves. Everything you could need was provided. Close to town, but feels like a country getaway! Hope to return again and again while visiting family in the area.

Very relaxing stay! Really enjoyed the hot tub and the river view. Large kitchen and comfortable beds. The game room was a nice addition also. Would definitely stay again.
