Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este mismo apartamento y por segunda vez no nos decepcionó el apartamento está en muy buenas condiciones es bonito y tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar una estancia agradable, la ubicación es excelente está muy cerca del malecón y de varias actividades, Armando es una persona muy profesional te atiende rápidamente a cualquier pregunta o duda que tengas. La cocina es grande y está equipada con todo lo que necesitas para cocinar, las dos recámaras tienen buen espacio y los baños están en muy buenas condiciones realmente no te arrepentirás de elegir este bonito y acogedor apartamento yo lo haría por tercera vez en 2026. Genesis was a fantastic and responsive host. We could not be more satisfied with our stay! The home is in a great location at the marina and has such a tranquil vibe. The home was ready and very clean at check in time. Very comfortable and had all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Waking up and enjoying the sunset and having breakfast on the outdoor breezy patio was our absolute favorite part of the stay. If you are searching for R&R in a safe and beautiful location close to everything La Paz has to offer, do not hesitate to stay at this Costa Baja gem.

It was an absolute joy staying at Ana’s. Edgar was amazing with communication and providing flexibility regarding arrival time. The condo itself is extremely comfortable and provides access to many amazing restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is filled with friendly people and businesses. We did not rent a car and were able to get around just fine using taxis, Uber and DiDi for things like airport and beaches. We would love to stay here again.

This place is on top of a hot spring, and you can full the jacuzzi any time you want, that is just amaizing. And the location is exceptional, really quiet and in the sea. Definitely worth the visit, can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this very beautiful home! Beautiful views, right on the beach, wonderfully relaxing spacious home and patio, lots of room for entertaining, very well-equipped kitchen. You would need to stay a lot longer than we did to avail yourself of all of the amenities. Gorgeous cardon forest right across the street with bike/ running paths. Plenty of parking. Allan was EXTREMELY responsive, answering all messages promptly. The only suggestion I have is to revise the instructions in the app; they specify to call a person who was not the correct person when we visited, and the directions to the house are confusing and there is more than one set, which conflict with one another. While we were trying to find the house (in the dark, our bad, do not advise) Allan was answering our messages right away and finally came to get us, then all was OK. I would not change a single other thing, though!

We had a great stay at Casa Alas Ventana. The house was spacious and had a good layout. We enjoyed coffee on the patio and time in the hot tub after being on the water. The location was convenient and the area for gear storage was awesome. We would recommend the house to others.

we loved our stay here! perfect place to take out for downwinder (near public access spot so lots of ppl to land kite). little deck/patio sitting over ocean, with best view in town of sunrises. and sheltered patio with comfy furniture to enjoy the afternoon out of wind and sunsets over the cactus forest. we stayed here during an unseasonably chilly february, there were a few chilly nights and mornings. but lisa mentions bringing warm clothes- if you stay here during that time be sure to listen. but tons of blanket available. very well stocked kitchen too- everything you need including fun margarita glasses! we will absolutely stay here again!

Best house in La Ventana! Absolutely, stunningly beautiful. Sami was a wonderful host and went the extra mile in recommending a physician in the area after I pulled a muscle. I can't praise the location and house enough.

Juan Carlos is an extraordinary host. The way that he cares for others is what hospitality is all about. Also, WOW best coffee in town!! This is an amazing place to stay central to everything and easy walk to the beach.

Bonito, tengan a consideración que está frente a una escuelita que por ser finde y día inhábil no hubo ruido pero podría ser un factor ☺️ De ahí en fuera todo increible

We really enjoyed our stay at Nea's place! Dolphins and whales jumping in front of you, fantastic! The unit is as described, clean well stocked, we needed nothing. Deck is huge! Liked the bottled water (that staff would deliver, remember to tip). Personal shopper if needed. The pools is nice, 80 in afternoon! Beach is great! Pelicans constantly slamming the surface, baitfish everywhere and I was able to catch fish! Two restaurants beside the Condo. View is unbeatable and food is good. We went to town to eat a few times as well as grabbing prawn etc to make. Went to Malecon for roof views and great food! Prices are similar to Can. Taco stands or markets for epic food at amazing prices! Taco's El Estadio, 4 great fish tacos, ALL the fixings, $9 Can. yes please! This city feels very safe. We were there for Carnaval ( massive 2-3km? of stalls, stages, music food) and didn't know what to expect. Police everywhere! Not oppressive, just present and friendly! Thanks Nea!

Great spot next to the Malecon, with off street parking and a fun rooftop pool/patio. Bigger than it looks in pics, great views, and very comfy. Noises and music of the street were fun, but they go late on weekends - don’t forget the earplugs or sleep in the back bedroom. great food close by groceries a few blocks away. Def stay again!

Alvaro was an excellent host. He was always so fast to respond to questions and the condo was spotless. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The pool and amazing hot tub was super clean. Everything was just perfect! Next time we come back I will definitely try to get this condo again. Thank you Alvaro for everything!
