El Perellonet : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Super Aufenthalt, super Lage, alles eigentlich wie beschrieben. Ruben als Gastgeber sowie seine Wohnung kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen. Die direkte Strandlage ist super praktisch, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man Vorort eigentlich kein Auto benötigt. Einen Tiefgaragenplatz (die Einfahrt ist etwas eng, aber dies war auch in der Beschreibung bereits vorab kommuniziert bzw. bekannt) gibt es auch und ist in der Hochsaison sicherlicher sehr nützlich. A hospitalidade dos anfitriões foi impecável. Ele é bem atencioso e rápido para responder os questionamentos. A única observação se forem para esta região vá de automóvel próprio pois é muito afastado.

Our second stay in this apartment in Xabia, so knew what to expect. it was equally an great experience, this year great location walking distance to the arenal beach, bars and restaurants. check in was easy, with a flexible checkin as we arrived on an early flight.

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue incroyable et une piscine formidable, aussi bien pour les enfants que pour les adultes. De plus le restaurant du club social fournit un menu et des plats avec très bon rapport qualité prix, servi par un personnel très sympathique et professionnel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et Federico a été toujours très réactif et efficace tout en restant très discret. Nous espérons vivement revenir.

We zijn erg hartelijk ontvangen en konden dankzij een vertaalprogramma goed met elkaar communiceren. We kregen veel fijne tips om València te ontdekken. Doordat er ook een kantoor was, ging het makkelijk om met 3 volwassenen allemaal op momenten ons eigen ding te doen, zoals online vergaderen. Wij zouden graag nog eens terug komen.

Absolutely beautiful location & apartment. The host is amazing, thoughtful and responsive. This place becomes home from home with great amenities. You cannot put a price on watching the sun rise and set over the ocean. Thank you so much for another spectacular stay.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Airbnb ist schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Vermietern war sehr nett und gab uns hilfreiche Tipps. Alles was man braucht, befindet sich in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist super, ruhig und in der Nähe vom Strand. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. ☺️☺️

Schönes und grosses Appartements. Schöne Lage mit direkten Zugang zum Strand. Schöner Park mit Swimmingpool, Wiese und Kinderspielplatz. Appartement mit Fernseher über Antenne, deshalb FireTV-Stick oder ähnliches mit VPN für Deutsche empfehlenswert. Kommen gerne wieder.

No se pudieron portar mejor. Justo llegamos el día del apagón en España y nos apoyaron muchísimo. Muy agradecidos a la familia dueña del piso.

Todo bien. Los propietarios muy amables, estuvieron esperando que llegaramos pese a que nos perdimos (la direccion y Google Maps no se entendieron bien), y muy atentos en todo momento. A 5 minutos si llega de la playa. Muy recomendable

El alojamiento de salvador es fantástico… la casa perfecta, tal como en las fotos, tiene todas las comodidades y todo muy moderno … el entorno, muy fácil de moverse en coche a las pueblos y ciudades cerca, aunque con la salida al mar habrá quien no quiera moverse de allí… una gran experiencia en familia…

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en la casita de Isaac! El trato no ha podido ser mejor y todo muy limpio y acogedor, ojalá volver pronto!

Nos encanto la ubicación, zona tranquila, perfecta para descansar , muy buena comunicacion con el Pedro nuestro anfitrión.

Super cool design, beautiful views of the sea. Loved the stone throughout the house. Wish it was warm when we were there as the pool looked beautiful. Great host, would return!

Nicolas jest fantastycznym gospodarzem. Chociaż nie mówi po angielsku jest bardzo komunikatywny i pomocny. Pozwolił nam zostać w domu do 19, za co jesteśmy ogromnie wdzięczni. Miłym gestem był poczęstunek na wejściu, oraz przepyszne pączki z czekoladą z okazji święta Fallas. Lokalizacja idealna. Zaraz po wyjściu z domu jest się na plaży. Przystanki tramwajowe i autobusowe w odległości 2-3 minut od domu. Polecam!

Segundo año en el apartamento de Claudio y encantados!!! Todo lo encontramos igual o mejor, muy buena zona, piscina insuperable, playa cerca y apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario y con Mady como siempre súper servicial y un encanto, nos seguiremos viendo!!

Danke Salvador für unseren Aufenthalt bei dir. Wir waren einen Monat da und es fehlte uns an nichts. Salvador war immer erreichbar und hat uns in jeder Lage sofort geholfen. Wir hätten uns nicht wohler fühlen können. Man ist wirklich direkt am Strand, es ist ruhig und hat fußläufig alles was man braucht.

El apartamento es estupendo, la ubicación excelente y el anfitrión ha sido muy atento y amable en todo momento.

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

Merci pour ce très beau séjour dans votre appartement extraordinaire. Nous étions déjà passés plusieurs fois à Port Sa platja nous y baigner, mais jamais pour y loger. L'endroit mérite vraiment le détour car l'appartement de José Luis est réellement face à la mer. De plus le port est très pittoresque avec de très belles façades colorées, et des dizaines de restaurants sont disponibles aux alentours.

Wir haben zu dritt die Unterkunft von Rosa Mitte September gebucht und waren happy. Vom Balkon war das Meer aus zu sehen, morgens mit schönem Sonnenaufgang. Salud hat uns herzlich empfangen, und auch bei Fragen stets mit Rat zur Seite gestanden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Unten gab es einen Pool den man nutzen konnte und das Meer war direkt vor der Haustür. Kühlschrank, Ofen, Mikrowelle. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrte. Das einzige Problem war die Anbindung zur nächsten Bahnhofsstation. Busse fuhren nur bis 18/19 Uhr. Taxiunternehmen haben Anrufe entweder nicht entgegen genommen oder im Gespräch aufgelegt. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Salud war so freundlich und hat uns am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof gebracht und uns auch die Gegend gezeigt. Großes Danke an Salud!!🥲 P.S. Beim Taver Taxi Unternehmen spricht Umberto deutsch und englisch. Hoffe das hilft irgendwem mal weiter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, danke :]

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.

Sehr schöne Lage. Die Kommunikation und das Einchecken waren, nach anfänglichen Sprachschwierigkeiten, über Maria und dem Co Juan komplikationslos. Dank digitaler Übersetzer. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Genug Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Schöner Balkon mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Der Backofen war defekt und verursachte Kurzschlüsse. Das wurde sehr gut von Juan gemanagt. Die Wohnung wurde kurzfristig mit einem nagelneuen Backofen ausgestattet. Wir haben uns 12 Tage und Nächte wohl gefühlt. Danke
