The 4th floor offers a community sundeck for yoga, massage or private sunbathing. The 1st floor has a full AC gym, a billard room with a home theater and a parking area. Villas Tortuga Paredon has two private 2000 square foot luxury villas. These ocean front villas are located in the beautiful beaches of Paredon, only a few steps away from the ocean, and only 2.5 hours south of Guatemala City. Each villa has 4 rooms, 4.5 bathrooms, with a total of 9 beds with a maximum capacity of 12 people. ($50 fee for each aditional guest above 8 guests per night per person).
