My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

Ich habe mein Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es fühlte sich wie zu Hause an, weshalb ich mich entschieden, habe hier wieder zu übernachten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, komfortabel, sauber, gepflegt und genau wie beschrieben. Das private Gelände ist sicher und ruhig. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, reaktionsschnell und hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

I had an amazing stay at Mona's home! She is a very respectful and kind person, and I highly recommend her as a Superhost. Her responsiveness was incredibly fast, and she was always helpful and proactive in making sure I had everything I needed. I felt completely safe and cared for during my stay. Mona’s hospitality truly stood out, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!

I cannot recommend this place enough! The location is perfect! Yes, it is not exactly a 20min drive from Giza, but then again, you will only visit Giza once or, at maximum, twice, during your whole trip. Shopping and food was great (something we particularly enjoyed as a family of 5). Old Cairo is 30mins away and perfectly commutable (public transport is dirt cheap). Now, in terms of the apartment, it was perfect. There were 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed, perfect for a family of 5. There are 3 bathrooms across the apartment which was also very useful. The upstairs is decorated very nicely, with an absolutely serene view on the balcony. The TV is nice to use as well, although not used much. The area itself is really homely and is right in the centre of the newer Cairo (New Cairo), so life is more progressive here and feels more safer. The most important part - the host! Ashraf is a very lovely person! He helped with food recs, places-to-go recs and so on! I would stay here again!!

festival living apartments الشقه في هذا الكمباوند المؤجر جدا متعاون كان في بعض التعليقات ع النظافه وتعاون وارسل وحده تنظف الموقع قريب من المول وجنب الكماوبند محطه وستاربكس وسوبر ماركت صغير انصح فيها الكموباند امن بعد الله ومريح طلبنا من المؤجر نطلع ع الساعة 1 وكان مرحب وقال وقت ماتبون اطلعوا بما ان مافي مؤجرين بعدكم نادر احد يوافق اشكره ع تعاونه وسرعة الاستجابة اذا طلبنا منه شي مايمر وقت طويل الى وفره وباذن الله نكرر السكن مره ثانيه🤍

I recently enjoyed a two-week stay at Dr. Hassan’s villa, which was a fantastic experience. The villa was spotless, with stylish furniture and an ideal, peaceful location. The pool area was exceptionally clean, with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxation. The landscaping around the villa was stunning, adding to the serene atmosphere, and the rooftop offered amazing views, especially at sunrise and sunset. The hospitality was outstanding, with a special thanks to Mr. Zaidan, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The team was friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. I highly recommend Dr. Hassan’s villa to anyone seeking a memorable, relaxing getaway. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Christine was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating to all my needs. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was perfect — close to CairoAirport, restaurants, and public transportation. I especially appreciated the little touches that made the space feel welcoming. I would definitely recommend Christine’s apartment to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future!
