With only 150 m from the house to the sea, you live in a peaceful, village-esque atmosphere. A 5-minute stroll takes you to Molinar’s yacht harbour and continuing along the coast, you arrive in Portixol to enjoy the beachside promenade with its colourful collection of bars and restaurants.

Our beautiful house is located in a very interesting and trendy area of Palma: El Terreno. It has excellent proximity to attractions and very good bars and restaurants. It is a 15 min walk into town center (cathedral....) and a 5 min walk to the marina. In the Marina you will find many good restaurants and if you want, you will have also a lot of pubs and discotheques.
