The place is perfectly located, close to amenities, public transport and great local cafes, restaurants and shops. Inside it’s perfectly styled, includes everything you’ve need for a short or long stay and has very comfortable beds.

The place is very conveniently located. Very easy to find and minutes drive away from great restaurants and grocery stores. There is a park right across the street. The bedrooms are street facing, but it is quiet at night. The amenities are complete and thoughtful. Great experience!

We loved our stay in Fitzroy, and were delighted with the house - which exceeded our expectations in many ways. It’s a brilliant location for all of Fitzroy and surrounding areas, with so many choices to eat, shop and the wonderful public pool right on the doorstep. Kali was incredibly helpful and allowed us a late check out which we were very grateful for!!

The best home ever! This has brought so much comfort for me and my guests! and we deffs enjoyed the space and everything that was provided. the AC in each room deffs came in clutch during the hot days 😮‍💨 thank youu Sheryl and Hany! Will deffs book again.

The two of us and our baby stayed here for a couple nights and were well pleased with the stay. House was great, clean and well presented.

We had an amazing time at Mitch's beautiful property, the house is spacious, clean and quiet at night, beds are so comfy and everything is clean and spotless, Mitch is very friendly and very prompt at responding requests. Home away from home! What a beautiful home in a beautiful suburb. Close enough for the places we went to. (Chadstone Shopping Centre, Brighton beach boxes and even ventured into South Wharf DFO. We did have 2 cars that made it easy for us). It was the perfect house for our family get together of 8 adults and 2 children. Having the 5 bedrooms was just the right amount and correct configuration for our family. Great little grassy yard for our grandsons to kick a ball around with dad, the little cubby with slide and enough toys to keep our 6 & 2 year old grandsons entertained. The kitchen amenities were plenty for us to have home cooked meals and sit around the large dining table all together. I highly recommend Sanaz and her house which was more of a home away from home.🏠 Thank you.

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

We had such a lovely time at Veronika’s home. The house truly feels like a museum with various antiquates and relics from all across the world. My partner was mesmerised by all these artefacts, the library which contained a vast array of books and the tranquil courtyard annexed to the bedroom. Waking up to the gentle morning light that filters through the branches and looking into the mossy courtyard was quite surreal. I was also in love with the pool area/ courtyard, with pink leaves, and the surrounding hills and gorgeous natural scenery of the property. The house itself is of course simply spectacular. The large windows allow you to see the landscape from any angle and when the sun filters in - it is simply stunning. At night, it is equally as gorgeous as you can see the stars from the living area. We were lucky enough to chat with Veronika herself to learn about the history of the house. If you go for an early morning walk you’ll see kookaburras and kangaroos - they were adorable

Lovely accomodation. Peaceful location with gorgeous views - wonderful to see the kangaroos and sheep grazing throughout the day. Cute playground was enjoyed by the kids. Very well equipped kitchen with big oven - great to have a selection of spices available too. Responsive hosts and good layout with bedrooms away from the communal areas. Nice to have an indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. Central heating worked perfectly. Beds were very comfy and it was a pleasant surprise to have small amenities (eg toothbrushes and paste) provided. Overall a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Robert's place. The bunkhouse was better than the photos with a lovely private outdoor area for our dog. Wood fire kept us warm and the farm fresh eggs was really appreciated. We will be back

My partner and I recently traveled to Melbourne for a short getaway. We had the pleasure of staying at John and Jeane’s place on the 27th floor, and I can confidently say the view was absolutely stunning. The apartment was exceptionally clean, neat, and made us feel right at home. We had the opportunity to meet both John and Jeane in person. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming hosts, and very easy to communicate with. Their responsiveness made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Our stay was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was both peaceful and convenient. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing escape, and the bed was especially comfortable. The space was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, which meant we didn’t have to worry about packing too much. Overall, the place was amazing, the surroundings were beautiful, and the view was truly unforgettable. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

We had such a great stay at Tikali’s place. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and the building had great amenities (loved the pool!). The location couldn’t have been better; right near parks, which was perfect for our dog Buffy, and within easy walking distance to the city. It was the ideal base for our Melbourne trip, and Tikali was a responsive and thoughtful host. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.

This was the perfect accommodation for a peaceful, relaxing holiday for our family of 5 plus dog! The home is absolutely outstanding, beautifully appointed with a fantastic outdoor area and yard. Some beautiful treats were left for us from Tricia when we arrived and she couldn’t have been more helpful with answering questions and giving recommendations. Everything you could need is available including luxurious linen, comfy beds, heaps of towels, games, DVDs and the most beautiful views from each window. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing experience staying at Joe's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The guesthouse had a very good vibe, was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to local shops, cafes, and public transport. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials to make meals. Plenty of storage places to put your luggage. Joe was an excellent host, very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the moment we booked, communication was effortless. We could tell he genuinely cares about the people staying at his place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! Everything about Kristy’s place was as good if not better than we expected. From the moment that we made the reservation to the time that we checked out everything was wonderful!! The instructions for our late arrival were easy to follow and the cabin was neat, clean and exactly what we were hoping for after a long late night drive together there. I highly recommend staying at Kristy’s place and will definitely go back whenever we are driving through the area!!

Marks places was super comfortable and homey. Our daughter slept on the sofa bed which she said was comfortable and easy to set up. Within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurant and public transport, it had everything we needed. Would recommend and also stay again Thankyou!
