Der Rhein, die fast 1000 Jahre alte Nikolauskapelle und ein weitläufiges Naherholungsgebiet für Spaziergänge oder Sport sind nur 300 Meter entfernt.

Wir freuen uns darauf euch in unserem neuen Apartment begrüßen zu dürfen. Die gesamte Wohnung ist ein Neubau und wurde erst im Juni 2020 fertiggestellt. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang von draußen und liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohn-Gewerbe-Mischgebiet. Wir wohnen selber gegenüber und fühlen uns hier wohl. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet - Kaffee, Tee usw. stehen bereit. Selbstverständlich wird frisch gewaschene Bettwäsche und Handtücher gestellt!
