Air conditioned unit includes a full kitchen(stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher) with single serve coffee maker, private bathroom with slate tile flooring, and a small utility closet with a washer and dryer. 32" TV, Blue-Ray/DVD player, WiFi, and bedside table lamps with USB ports. Queen bed in the bedroom, the sofa can be used as extra sleeping space for a small adult or a child. Extra blanket/pillow provided. Conveniently located downtown and just minutes from the hospital and fairgrounds. Perfect home base with easy freeway access for day trips to Olympia, Seattle/Tacoma, Mt. Rainier, and Puget Sound.

Upstairs "English Cottage Studio, Private Bath"

Our English-style suite, upstairs over our detached garage, seems a world away. Pure cotton linens, down comforter, good lighting, cosy chairs, and tasteful decor make this an ideal place for retreat or business trip. Microwave, refer, coffee maker. Private bathroom with shower, no bathtub. The stairs to this room are quite steep and narrow. If you are at all challenged by stairs we would suggest you consider our other room, the Cabin Retreat, on the ground floor.

Cozy Barn Loft

Cozy studio in barn loft with a close-up view to secluded wooded setting. Two large, leather recliners provide a relaxing place to read or nap! This space was repurposed as a guest room in 2019 and includes a bathroom (with a very roomy shower) and a kitchenette (sink, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig, toaster). Two matching twin beds can be made up as a king-sized bed. There is one additional twin (inflatable) bed if needed for a third person.

Our Private Suite is situated in Tacoma's Fernhill neighborhood, about 15 min drive to Downtown Tacoma. The suite entrance has a kitchenette, refrigerator , microwave, coffee maker,complimentary coffee. This room acts as a secondary bedroom and has a twin size bed. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a rollaway twin bed, HD Roku TV, big closets, and a desk. Private entrance, Street parking. Non-smoking. Private Bathroom with complimentary toiletries.

Nyholm Guesthouse 2BR HOT TUB

Welcome to the historic Nyholm Guesthouse, this is the first house ever built in Edgewood by Peter Nyholm in the year 1900. We sit on a 3/4 acre gated property surrounded by maple, fir, and pine trees. When you enter the property you feel like you have entered a hidden paradise. There is a 4 tiered pond with a bench to sit and enjoy the sounds of the water and the birds. Location is ideal for our guests with easy access to all main highways, I-5 and 167.

Welcome to Gilbert's Cottage! Be our guest for a night or stay longer if you want access to the greater PNW. Our home sits on an acre in the farmland of the Puyallup valley. Check out downtown Sumner or Puyallup main street for boutiques, cafés, pubs, and local breweries. Short drive to the waterfront, grocery stores, farm stands, Washington state fairgrounds and hospitals. Bring your pet to keep you company. Room to park a smaller trailer if needed.
