Our annex is a modern barn conversion linked to our main house. It's close to public transport, beaches, pubs, the Eden Project, the historic harbours of Charlestown, Fowey and restaurants. Newquay airport is 30 minutes away. The Lost Gardens of Heligan and National Trust properties, walking and cycling trails are all close by. Our place is in a quiet location with a level garden and wooded setting. It's good for couples with friends and families with older children. Choose twins or double beds.

The upper floor boasts a spacious bedroom with a Super King bed, built in wardrobe and bathroom. One bedroom apartment within 2 minute walk from Carlyon Bay Hotel and Spa, 18 hole cliff top golf course and stunning 2 mile long beach with Pop up bars, Restaurants and Water Sports Center (high season only). Charlestown Harbour with many pubs and restaurants is a 20 minute walk along the cliff path or 5 minute drive away. Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. The area is perfect for Paddle boarding, kayaking, open water swimming and snorkeling. Local groups welcome tourists to join in.

There is the added advantage of a private courtyard garden with access to the harbour and private parking outside the cottage.

This light and airy accommodation is attached to our family home (you may hear us from time to time), with the convenience of private parking, private entrance and private courtyard, overlooking the lawn. It's designed to provide a comfortable home-from-home experience with all the amenities you'll need whilst in Cornwall exploring or having a welcome break!

The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.
