This without a shadow of a doubt, was our best experience at an Airbnb! The home is set by the river side and both balconys have a view of the river. The entire property was beautiful, however the open kitchen area was our favourite spot, so much so that we cancelled all our plans to go out to eat at local restaurants. We just stayed there and ordered in. The host prasanna maam was lovely to talk to. Always available, proactive and extremely helpful in finding us transport when we couldn't find our own. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to kerala.

How do you describe a place like this in words? If you're looking for a place that looks like paradise? Stop searching and go here. The name cocoland makes total sense. When you enter it you immediately feel the island vibe. Doc and his 4 dog buddies are the reason that makes the place even more magical. He's willing to tell you everything about the island and the Indian traditions like Theyyam and Kalaripayattu. Also willing to answer all your questions, especially the ones about coconuts; he's the coconut master. And he gave us an inside look into the real Kerala. We stayed in the Matsya house; it was cozy, comfy and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures on air bnb. You can really see his artistic influence in the house. Besides all of this; the served food prepared by a chef is so finger-licking delicious, 3 times a day you feel like you're in heaven. We'll definitely come back for some liming, nalla. I had a wonderful stay for two days! The house was spotlessly clean, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking – a perfect spot to relax. The owner was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

Amazing host, beautiful & well maintained property, great play to stay with family!! Pros: 1. 5bhk villa, can easily accommodate a large family 2. Fully furnished kitchen for cooking 3. Large dining table, the entire family can dine together 4. Large courtyard, ample parking space 5. Badminton court was lot of fun 6. Two living rooms and balcony, good place for bonding and spending time with family/ friends 7. Kids loved the bathtub We would love to come back, highly recommend the property to fellow travelers !!

we really had a great time staying here.The fully furnished apartment is awesome in terms of its layout/amenities and ofcourse the wide sea view from the 7th floor. Its well ventilated with attached bathroom with all the 3 double beded rooms, well enough to acomodate a group of 6 people. The host is really humble and made sure to help us in all aspects.Its really worth staying here if someone is planning for a nice vacation in Kannaur.Thanks

This place is peaceful and beautiful. If you are looking to spend sometime with nature, this is the place. I went there with my husband and my toddler. We spend such good time in the garden. Had a quiet quality time with my family. The house was well organised with all necessities including kitchen accessories. Washrooms were clean, bedrooms had sufficient light and the garden was beautiful. Will visit again :) Thanks a lot to Ayoob and Ahmed for being so approachable and helpful.

We stayed in pepperberry hills Homestay in Hegla for 4 days. We were a group of 4 people, and we had a very pleasant stay and felt very much at home. The homestay is located at a beautiful coffee estate, with lots of open spaces. Perfectly suited for a large group, and very comfortable if planning with family.The rooms were very clean, and was spacious overall. There were lot of common places (living room, open dining area) for spending time as a group. The host, Sidharth was very friendly and accommodative. He was always easily reachable.The estate walk was so refreshing in the morning and worth the price.. Special thanks to shalini who is the cook and the house-help. She was extremely sweet, and provided us with wonderful breakfast with lots of love. Thank you Sidharth. Would refer your place to friends too.

The host was very responsive and really humble and always available for any queries and made sure we felt right at home and arranged for early check in too. Will definitely visit again.
