We really enjoyed staying at Paul's apartment. So much so that on the back half of our recent trip, we rebooked another stay. the apartment is centrally located with easy access to restaurants and short walk to major grocery store (Megamaxi) and a large mall (Quicentro). The building has many amenities as well, including an indoor pool. If you are driving here, the garage parking is included. We'd definitely stay here again on our next trip to Ecuador.

Excelente, regresaré definitivamente, estuvimos muy cómodos, y mis hijos que son jóvenes y exigentes, se sintieron como en casa,y sobre todo les encantó que tengan dos baños con ducha!,mi esposo quería quedarse más tiempo...(racismo en él), Deysy super nice, lo recomiendo definitivamente!!!😍😍

ein modernes, neues Haus, ruhig, in einem gated Anlage mit tollem Ausblick gelegen. Zentrum von Sangolqui ist schnell erreichbar. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gibt viele Tipps. Ich komme gerne wieder

Todo bien, un lugar cercano de Cuenca, tiene todo lo que se ofrece a un precio relativamente comodo, un clima excelente, seguro, cerca de la vía.

muy atentos me encantó el hospedaje es para una familia corta como nosotros , tiene para que los niños jueguen video juego consola , tienen Netflix adicional una casa demasiado refrescante las habitaciones y sala con Split y el jacuzzi le da el toque final 🥰😍 volveremos si que si 💓

We had a very relaxing stay here. The house is well supplied with everything you need and comfortable. This is a great place for kids as there is the pool and trampoline. Travis and his family were very friendly and attentive.

Ein großartiger Aufenthalt an einem traumhaften Ort. Die Wohnung war sauber und wir hatten viel Platz. Es war alles an Ausstattung da, was man braucht. Perfekt gelegen, um schnell am Hafen und Strand zu sein und es gab viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Direkt nebenan war ein Sportplatz, auf dem Abends oft lange Volleyball gespielt wurde. Das war für uns kein Problem, aber sollte man wissen wenn man lärmempfindlich ist. Sahara war eine tolle Gastgeberin und konnte alle unsere Fragen beantworten.

Un lugar muy bonito, lo recomiendo por sus instalaciones con amenidades para disfrutar y de cerca de la playa donde pueden estar con absoluta tranquilidad y seguridad. Excelente para pasar en familia y también con amigos. Donhost proporciona las guías necesarias para la estadía y es un buen anfitrión.

Our stay at Felipe's apartment was great! This was our family's first time traveling to South America and we loved it! The apartment was located on a quiet dead end that receives little traffic off of the busy street that is near and we always felt safe, especially with the security that was available 24 hours a day to let us in and out of the building. The apartment had all that we needed for our weeks stay in Quito and we really enjoyed the smart TV so that we could relax at night in front of the TV. The building itself was quiet and we infrequently ran into other tenants or guests. The gym was ok, with not a lot of equipment but it was a quiet place to do some exercise or stretching after a busy day of walking around the city. Having the in-apartment washer and dryer was a huge help, especially after a workout. The apartment was stocked with all of our needs and if we were in need of anything at all, Felipe was very responsive and resolved the issue quickly.

Quedé muy contenta con mi estadía, pequeños detalles con el uso de las instalaciones que Silvana resolvió de inmediato, pero fuera de eso el lugar es precioso, limpio, volvería sin duda, recomiendo el lugar es hermoso y muy limpio que es lo que más me encantó, la ubicación es ideal.

A very well equipped apartment. Furniture, furnishings, kitchen equipment all of high quality. Plus s VERY comfortable bed in main bedroom. Balcony with views over the town with mountains in the background. Although located to the west of the old town, access to the new travia metro system was about 150 meters up the road. This costs a dollar and there are stops only 5 minutes walk from Calderon Park in front of the Cathedral. We used it most days. Many day trips are available, recommend these as a good guide will really help with the understanding of the region and country. There are supermarkets on the Travia line in either direction, but we just used cabs - a couple of bucks each way and more convenient. Maria and her sister Katrina were very helpful, we settled in very quickly, and they answered questions without any delay. All in all a very good stay - ahhh one last thing ref Travia and taxis - you will not need a hire car!
